Service was a 10. The guys were on time, efficient and very knowledgeable.
The product is an 8. The carpet was slightly "crunchy" the next day. Also, there was a dog feces stain that is still slightly visible. I thought that there would be a spot treatment offered that would get it out.
This is the second time i have used your service . once on a rent house where i thought i was going to have to replace the carpet and the second time om my house. I have now told at least 7 people how pleased i have been. I have tried them all and you are the best. I am pleased to recommend you to all of my friends. The people doing the work were great and explained everything as they where doing the job.

No chemicals drys quickly my carpet felt very soft and comfortable
The tech was very polite, hard working and knowledgeable, and the job was completed to my satisfaction. However, it ended up being rather pricey with the necessary treatments

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets last Friday, Tyrone Randle, was on time, extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him and very much appreciated his work!!!
We have had one good experience and one bad experience with zerorez. After this most recent cleaning, I had to re-clean all tiled areas of our house because the technician left footprints and smears all through the house. I have also found white residue in corners, along baseboards and under the pantry door.

Technician was personable; however, discount was miscalculated, closets were not cleaned and we did not get the tile promotion offered to us. We ended up paying 240 for 2 rooms of carpet to be treated and cleaned. That is rather high.
I filled in an online complaint form on your website. You should look it up. Also, I booked using the Loyalty Program discount. Any idea when I can expect to receive the gift cards that were part of that promotion? But based upon the experience I had with you for this appointment, I won't get my expectations too high.

The product worked better than expected for stain-removal! Customer Service was excellent (in placing our order with questions... and the call before the appointments). And the operator, Paul, was SO courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions and performed an excellent job!

I asked for the Jody Dean Special for 29.00 room plus $75 in upholstery cleaning and a $50 gift certificate to Fuller Jewelry store. We did not get the upholstery cleaned or the gift card. I was at work and my husband was home to let them in. From what I'd heard on the radio my carpet was supposed to look like new. It does not. Our stairs are still dirty and we will have to hire someone else unless yall can come back home. The really bad part is that we paid $174.00 and still disappointed. Also, I raved about Zerorez and afterwards my husband says nobody can clean with only water and our money was wasted😞

Not happy with carpet. Your employee was nice. Had problem with equipment. We have multiple spots that surface after cleaning. Had carpet sprayed to repel stains....did not work.

However most important to customer retention is the courtesy and competence of it's technicians, and while not all who have come out to my home have provided the highest quality service, your technician this time was a credit to your company. He was thorough, did not cut corners and was very courteous.
