Everywhere, the carpet was great, except for my daughter's bedroom. The carpet in her room as well as the stairs feels hard, and crunchy. Why is that? What can be done to fix it?

This last time a few spots did not come out. There is a chance that they cannot come out, but the last time Zerorez came out all spots came out.

There is one issue that you will wish to change in order to maintain customer confidence. There was a $10 fuel charge assessed after the service was completed. The initial marketing did not include this charge. Therefore, you are starting to travel down a slippery slope of dishonesty and lack of integrity. Please change this "bait and switch" policy as soon as possible. It will be better for your company in the long run.

I have used your services many times and have always been very satisfied with the work. Your people are really courteous as was Ricardo who came to my home today. In fact, he told us about vent work which we have scheduled for Friday week. Hope he has an opportunity to come again.

The carpet is clean! The technician was pleasant, appeared early (yea) for the appointment, listened to our problems and concerns and did the job accordingly. All left the process with smiles! It doesn't get any better than that.

The customer service recived from the tech. The communication in scheduling my emergency clean and just everything aout zerorez. I am a "repeat offender" and I love it. I had to have surgery on Tuesday 12/30, it got the appointment for the 29th. How kewl was that?

The associate was early, arrived when forecast, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets.

I didn't have any stains on my carpet, and was really only concerned with an odor that was left behind by the previous owner's dog. The treatment I was given did not work, and the other option of a controlled flood isn't a viable option since replacing the carpet would be more cost effective.
