Getting an appointment originally seemed difficult during the holiday season, but the service representative understood my concerns and accommodated an immediate request/need and sent a very capable and polite representative to my house to clean several rooms. The technician was at my house within 3 hours of talking to the scheduling representative. My carpets look great now!

My carpet was treated for cat urine, but I can still smell it. For the cost of the Flash treatment, I expected a better result.

The tecnician was very nice, explained the process well, was timely, and got out stains from the carpet.

I thought my operator Justin did a very good job in cleaning the carpets. We had a miscommunication on the cost of cleaning two rugs, though. He indicated they would be a small additional fee. At checkout, the "small" additional fee was $275. That's a lot of money to me.

The service was good, however I never received my receipt that they told me they would email(I called about it after and they told me they sent it again, I never received it. Zerorez obviously has my email correct since I have received this survey!)

Eric Stoker was our technician. He was wonderful. Very courteous & efficient. We had massive pet urine odors on numerous throw rugs. One rug seems to be great, no issues. One rug still has a bit of a urine smell, the other two I believe got rid of the smells but there were a couple of stains on light areas of the rug that just wouldn't come out. I truly believe there are just some stains that are permanent. My upstairs carpet had some areas that were highly stained with urine odors only. They seem to be done well. I might want the one large area rug specially pet treated again to see if it could be completely odor removed. This is my third time to use Zerorez and I am pleased for the most part!
