Our technician, Austin, was very friendly and did an outstanding job.
Our carpets were extremely clean when the tech finished. He was able to get every single stain out. We are very pleased and will be using them again! We would highly recommend them to anyone.
The technicians always do such a good job and are always so accommodating . My carpet looks so clean. I did have one concern. As a repeat customer I was supposed to get some grout cleaned. After the technician cleaned a small area, we decided it did not look any different than the grout that had not been cleaned. I was charged $1.25 for the grout that he cleaned. I did not even get the rest of the grout cleaned so I was puzzled why I was charged $1.25. I also think when the grout cleaning didn't work for me, I should have been offered something else like your coupon offers (upholstery cleaned or another room). I was just a little disappointed. I have used you many times.
The fluffer pulled stuff up my vacuum left behind and it was not an extra charge

Chris was absolutely professional, courteous, and a perfectionist. We were extremely pleased with how our carpet looked and we love that there was no chemical residues since we have a crawling little man still. Highly recommend Zerorez and Chris.
I didn't want to walk on the freshly cleaned carpet so I didn't notice until after he was gone that one of the areas I showed him still looked like it needed to be cleaned.
They did a great job. I had the 4 room $99 (+$10 fuel charge..?) I had an old dog and puppy that caused some problems this year. And tech had a deep penatrating pet solution that eliminated pet smell and most of stains. Looks and smells 1000% better. Will help limp this carpet along one more year!! The pet treatment and additional deod. Made cost about $300...a little more than hoping to spend, but worth it with the 2 kiddo bedrooms cleaned thrown in for "free".
Technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the process. Process left a clean smell; carpet felt good; it was nice to know there were no chemicals or perfumes used
Everything was fine
The topical used on my rugs to help with pet odor lasted less than 12 hours. We will likely have to go ahead and replace our rug after spending a good chunk of money trying to clean it

We took the special coating to help keep the carpet cleaner longer but am not at all impressed with the result. Furthermore the stairs did not appear to be very clean after they finally dried. It took the stairs about nine hours to thoroughly dry and then to not look clean is unacceptable.
The technician was friendly, courteous, and very good at selling the additional product. I do not like that form of sales pitch and wish I had not taken the carpet gard application. I believe it is too pricey and if your cleaning process is as good as advertised one should not need such an application.
I thought I was getting a good carpet cleaning for $159.00 plus tax and it ends up costing over $245.00.
