I have used ya'll before and I was disappointed this time. The rugs were left too wet. The tech, Justin, arrived at 10:15 and was done and had given me my receipt by 10:58. I asked him about the spot I was concerned about and told him what the last tech did to remove a stain and he just replied that he didn't have an iron in his truck. I would have loaned him mine but he did not even seem to want to try. That spot is still there and while I know not everything can be removed he didn't even try as far as I am concerned.I also have a stain that was not there when he cleaned the carpet and now there is a brown stain on the carpet. I asked him for a pair of the booties and he said he would have to leave me the ones he had on as he had no more on truck. He was not prepared and seemed like he was in a hurry and just didn't want to be there.
Joe was incredible! He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. The carpet looks great. We will definitely use Zerorez for our next carpet cleaning.

there were spots left where the tech didn't move stools or chairs from around a table in one room and left spots that were visible else where too. we were told they wouldn't move furniture over 50 lbs. so I don't feel like the all the carpet that you see is clean. where it is clean it looks great. we were going to have the other 4 rooms done after the holidays but I don't know if we will now or not.
I like that you just use water to clean the carpets with. And also the spot cleaner is all natural and organic.

It seemed as though all the tech was interested in doing was "up selling". I understand it's part of the job but trying to sell something you can't guarentee is a problem. For example stating "I'll try and get the sharpie out of the couch but it generally doesn't work" and then when it comes out saying "wow that never happens" doesn't give the customer any trust that he truly knows what he is talking about.
As for the appearance of my carpet I am happy
lied about price had rug for longer than we were told.

Maybe I had higher expectations than what the technology can do. My carpet is only 5 years old and looks pretty good however I felt that I needed to get all of the junk our of the carpet that might be lurking deep down. I vacuumed the upstairs (4 rooms & hallway)carpet 2 days after the cleaning and I was amazed by the amount of hair that I had to cut off of my sweeper roller so that I could continue to vacuum as well as the amount of dark dirt and fuzz in my canister and emptied it twice. Therefore I did not feel as if it really cleaned and got rid of the junky stuff out of the carpet.
The carpet is clean and looks great - no issues there. However it does seem like you guys overbook the technicians. Or at least don't have any notion of how you might be inconveniencing clients by arriving late. I had confirmed a 4-630pm appointment only to have the tech arrive at 720pm. No phone call - and I don't think he even mentioned that he was late until we were finishing up (after 10pm) and he mentioned how busy you guys are during the holidays. I did call the dispatcher and asked about an ETA when he hadn't shown by 630pm. At any rate, at least call and let me know if you will not be able to make the appointment on time and give me the option of rescheduling. While the carpet cleaning is fine, this issue alone will give me pause in the future. It's the kind of thing that I always want to know when asking about any kind of home maintenance contractors. So I can be counted to pass along this experience to my friends.
