No harsh chemicals
Luis was a hard worker. He made sure to meet my expectations. He was very professional in every way and I appreciate the time he took to protect the house from the hoses and lines.

The carpets felt great and the technician was very nice and professional. I was not happy with the cleaning. Most existing stains remained after carpets dried. An area rug still looked and felt like pet oils (not pet spots) remained. Overall I wasn't happy with the cleaning.
