Price quotes on the phone was much, much lower than the actual charge, felt like being tricked into accepting the service due to time constraints. If we knew the price was such, we would have gone with another vendor for sure! Price quotes on the phone were deceitful.

We replaced carpet in our three bedrooms back in March. I had no stains, just regular dirty traffic areas. I was expecting to see the carpet just as when we got it installed. After the carpet was clean and completely dry, I can still see the foot traffic areas in the rooms. I decided to use zerorez after hearing the advertisements in the radio that you can make old carpets look like new again. I'm disapointed.
not all small furniture moved and no furniture moved back no call before he arrived which caused a problem with trying to keep my cats inside dining room was the room treated for pets and was one of places where not all chairs moved and therefore not cleaned in those spots

Carpet comes super clean. We have our own personal steam cleaning machine, but every once in awhile, we need Zerorez, because you guys do an even BETTER job. Also, and this is huge, your people are always so courteous, quick, and efficient. "Chris", who came out this week, was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Talk about polite and eager to please!

Timely response and excellent cleaning of both carpet and tile. Representative was quick, friendly, showed id, and provided excellent knowledge of his product. Worked diligently and we will have him the next time. My carpets are cleaner than ever before. This was the 2nd time we have had you and will do so again. Have recommended you to several folks.
I spent almost $400 getting my carpet cleaned and have a pet urine problem. The technician was great and i didn't smell urine until the carpet dried. I did call back and schedule an appointment for him to come back out and the person on the phone was great. I have protective padding so this solution should have worked from what i was told. I am hopeful my problem is resolved. I will be more inclined to leave positive feedback upon revolution of my disappointment.

Your technician was great. He answered all my questions and informed me of any stains that may or may not come out. I had absolutely no problem with him. I just wonder if there had been a soap component of some sort, if my carpets would have come out a little cleaner. There were just a whole bunch of stains that he could not get out. That said, I am very aware that I had not had my carpets cleaned in years and that probably played a major role in the stains not releasing.
I love the clean smell after cleaning. I feel like it is really clean!
