The person who performed the service, A. J. was very personable and thorough.
Your sales person on the phone never mentioned the additional cost for pet treatment. The service techs did and they told me they couldn't guarantee that the carpet wouldn't smell when they were through if they didn't treat it. The cost of treatment was over half the cost of cleaning. If I'd known that in advance I would not have hired you. The tech did do two rooms for the price of one to help out. Otherwise I was sending them away with doing nothing. Needs to be truth in sales.
Also the carpet was still damp this morning more than13 hours after cleaning. Not what the techs promised. They said 4-6 hrs. I had ceiling fans running all night to help dry and carpet still damp.
So carpets are clean, had those other issues. Not sure I will use you again. If I'd had to pay full price for the pet treatment I definitely would not use you again.

The tech was very nice and friendly.
Stop charging a $10 fuel charge when has is $2 a gallon. You have to have a baseline assumption in your business model that is why you tack on an extra. I can understand charging this when gas prices are at $4+ a gallon or exceeds plan and moving around.

Your company has been out three times in the last three weeks. My carpet is still not clean to my satisfaction. The speed with which you respond to my complaints is not impressing me either. You have my money and I would like someone who knows what they are doing to resolve this situation very quickly.

And was told no discount it was too long
So I paid for 2 rooms of carpet $117
And the carpet still does not look good
There is a place in the middle if one room that does not even look

Friendly service person but did not proactively try to help with light furniture removal or suggest moving light furniture for increased cleaning area.
It has gotten rid of the hardest stains. Carpets look like new.
