Fast efficient and no remaining oder
We are still waiting to hear from you in regards to coming back out to our house, at no charge, to get out the spots that are still in our carpet. The technician told us that he was able to remove the identified coffee spots and other spots off of our carpet. Once the carpet dried, it was very obvious that he did not get the spots off. You definitely have very poor customer service. When I called to report that we still have spots on our carpet, all I kept hearing was "well, I do apologize" but there was nothing that was going to be done for us. They offered to come back out, for another $109.....that is unacceptable. We have always had great experiences with your company and all of your technicians. Unfortunately, this last technician that we had definitely has left a bad impression of your company on us. Prior to this last visit, I definitely would have recommended Zerorez to friends and business associates.....not any more. Thank you for your time.
The service was good, very nice technician. However, it's really disheartening to book a $100 service & get quoted an up sell to $400! Even after I repeatedly stated I didn't want to spend that much. I told the tech tgat b I knew our carpet was a mess & i wasn't expecting muracles, just a good cleaning.it makes if seem as though you don't have any faith in your cleaning alone but rather the hundreds of dollars of extra treatment is what really cleans your carpet.

The tile cleaning wasn't super effective. It didn't get the grout clean, so I decided not to get it sealed to seal in the dirt remaining.

The technician who came is the nicest young man. He worked very quickly and was very efficient. This is the third time I've had my carpets cleaned by you and I've urged my sweetheart to use you when he decides to do his carpets next year. Carpet looked cleaner than it did after another company cleaned.
It did what I expected and wanted. Took dirt and stains came up easily, pet hair and brought the pile back up in heavy traffic areas.

"Green" environmentally safe
The technician was coureous, helpful, prompt, and thorough. He did a beautiful job on old carpet.
The young man that showed up did not look professional . . . hoodie over what looked like a uniform shirt, but no identification he was from Zerorez. Shoes untied. He told me that your company was short on a lot of supplies and that he didn't have any foam lifts to place under furniture. He said he wasn't sure what was going on with your company, but you had been short on quite of bit of supplies lately (again, not very professional representation of your company). When I asked what options I had, he said he could try to clean, but would not be responsible if the carpets were stained due to furniture bleeding on to wet carpets. My husband and I had already moved a large amount of furniture out of the rooms, but with this information I needed to remove several more pieces! The Zerorez employee was not overly enthusiastic of helping me move anything. He would just say . . . "oh, you want that moved too?" I located a few items that could be used as lifts for a small sofa and for the front legs of a piano. As your employee surveyed what needed to be cleaned, he keyed in the info into his personal phone and quoted me an amount. After finishing the cleaning, he upsold me on the protectant, and based on the earlier quote for the cleaning I agreed for the additional. He was not able to do basic math on his own (told me 10% discount on my order was $1, couldn't multiply, etc.) and was having problems keying in the order on his phone, so he called the order in to your office. I was not super comfortable giving him my credit card information when what he was keying into looked like his personal phone. He removed the cover from the phone and tried again, but still no luck getting the order to submit. He said, I really need to get a new cover for "my" phone. When his supervisor returned the amount, it was $30 more than what he had quoted me a few minutes earlier. Your office allotted a measly $10 discount for being out of the foam blocks that were supposed to be provided to protect furniture. Luckily, I did not elect to have the entire house cleaned, because I would not have had any dry place to move furniture to. The carpets looked fine once finished, but with all of this other it made me wonder how well the carpets were actually cleaned. Also, I was supposed to receive a $50 gift card from Fuller's jewelry according to the person I placed the appointment with. When will this be issued?
