Technician was friendly and informative. The product cleaned the carpet well and removed all visible spots and dirt.

Friendly, efficient technician. Carpets clean and fresh smelling. A little disappointed that traffic areas were not as clean, but technician explained before hand why that may happen. Also some old pet stains resurfaced, and technician had explained that before starting as well. I chose not to have the spot treatments since I will be replacing the carpet in that room soon.

Overall, I am pleased and will recommend Zerorez to others.

My rugs are clean. No more grease stains.

The carpet was clean, but the odor still remains. The main reason I wanted the carpet cleaned in the first place was to get rid of the odor left by my dogs. That did not happen. Carpet still stinks.

The carpets in the two upstairs bedrooms smell worse now then they did before we had them cleaned and "pet treated".

I liked the technician who came to our home so this has nothing to do with him. Our carpet smells terrible ever since zero Rez came. Our carpet was heaviliy stained from a past pet but however you cleaned our carpet brought out an awful smell. Not sure water was thd right way to clean this. Also we spent an extra $225 plus for some "special wash" in that area.
Plan on calling your company this week. Thought maybe the carpet needed to dry more and the odor would go away but it hasn't.

You play sneaky games with your special offers. You talk about them on the radio, but do not explain them when you call to make an appointment. I looked on your website before making an appointment and there is no explanation of your pricing. I am very disappointed in how you offer your pricing. I think your pricing seems very high also.

Friendly, on time and great way to clean our carpets

I was amazed that your team was able to get out stains that were so bad we were embarrassed to have you clean the areas. Fantastic job!

When the Wallflower room freshner was removed it was put back in upside down. The contents of a full container ran out on the baseboard and took off the paint.

We were charged with a $400 service we did not receive.

Your technicians were timely and spent a lot of time thoroughly cleaning my trouble areas. I was a little disappointed in the grout cleaning on my countertops though. He said he had to take a different truck and didn't check the equipment and the tool wasn't working properly. I had them clean the countertop grout and there was water everywhere...on the dishwasher, floors, sides of my refrigerator (kind of a mess). I got them some of my towels and they cleaned it up but it was not worth the price I paid. I really don't think it did anything. I could tell the process worked great on my floors but not the countertop grout.

The stans tht we paid extra for to go away are coming back

I thought it would clean better than it did. Also, with the hoses, the tech did his best to prevent the hoses from hitting the walls, but it would have been much better if there was two people not one managing the hoses. The guy was great he kept asking if I was satisfied.

Very professional. Tech did a great job and even checked in with me for progress updates during process.

Given that we have had to have a couple redo's of a small area, we like the fact that Zerorez stands behind it work. Plus, your cleaners are quite knowledgeable of their products, potential causes, etc. Thanks to Kyle for his efforts on 12-12-2014.

Austin was very polite and did an awesome job on my carpet. I was so pleased with the way it looked when he left and even more pleased when it looked like new when dry.

Carpet looked and felt clean, didn't feel sticky or stiff after it dried. Pet stains are gone :)
