Very professional technician

No harsh chemical smell. Drying time is excellent! I had several pet urine stains that were at least 2 years old. The more I tried to get them up the worse they looked. However, to my delight and amazement they are now gone. Chris, your tech that cleaned my carpet was awesome. He was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained everything to me. He is very much an asset to your company.

All your employee did was make my wife mad. He soaked the couch it took 2 days to dry. He banged around some of the furniture into the walls. I have had other of your employees do a very good job. So I'm not sure I could recommend you now. Was his Machine even working correctly?

Most of the dirt on the rug were mostly from drinks which were clear but caused dust or dirt spots. They cleaned them but there were still some spots that needed to have been paid attention. Unfortunately I was not there to show the technician. Also there was too much liguid left in the rug. I assumed it was similar to dry cleaning.

I appreciate your concern for the environment and for not using chemicals which would be hazardous for peoples' health and also for my pet's health. Also, I am impressed that the company calls to confirm the appointment, the technicians arrive on time (or early), are very courteous and professional, and do the work quickly and efficiently. My carpet looks wonderful, like new.
