I had Zerorez re-clean a room that had been sprayed with fiber-protectant. There was a new stain from a pet that my husband cleaned with a house-hold cleaner. We were not told to clean only with water, so the stain set in the carpet. Not only was I charged even though I was within the time-line of reclean for no charge, but the stain that was cleaned did not come out. On 12/23/14, I contacted a Zerorez supervisor to explain my frustration about being double-charged, sent her an emailed picture of the stain, but never heard back about reimbursement or clarification.

The representative that cleaned our carpet and tile was very friendly & spent time telling my children about the Zerorez process as he cleaned. He did a fantastic job cleaning the grout in our kitchen. We can see the original color of the grout again. We are trying to get a few more months out of our old carpets and your cleaning process made them look better than have have in a long time, which gives us more time to decide on the flooring to replace the carpets.

I really enjoyed the customer service experience when setting the appointment. The value placed on repeat customers was apparent. The service technician was pleasant, professional and very thorough. I am really pleased with Zerorez and will continue to recommend you.

I got my carpets cleaned 2 weeks before Christmas by Miguel and he did an absolutely terrible job. I spent $600 to get a couple of pet stains out of the floors and I just wanted it to be clean for my 2 young girls. The pet stains were still there and actually were twice the size when he was done. My carpets took over 4days to dry and my house smelled awful! When I told him the hall way still looked dirty he said it was because my carpets have a grey tint to them (my carpets are tan, not gray). From start to finish he was completely done in 45 minutes and it was the biggest waste of time. A week and a half later, Tyrone came to do a complete redue and wow! What a huge difference! It took him 3 hours and my house actually looks clean! He didn't Rush through it the way that Miguel did. He actually listened to my concerns and followed through with them. After he was done, my carpets were 90% dry within 4 hours! Obviously Miguel didn't want to take the time to get the water out of my carpets the way Tyron did. When it's time to get my carpets redone, I will definitely be requesting Tyron to clean my carpets. Thank you Tyron!!

Our carpets even though they are old always look great after Zeroez! This last time I was a little disappointed that he rushed through very quickly and I already see streaks in my carpet that I've never seen before after treatment! But overall we love this company, we just won't use that same guy again.

Product is awesome, technician showed all the residue and dirt going through the vacuum canister to show how effective the process is. I like that there is no soapy residue or harsh chemicals left behind. Service technician Kyle Rogers was outstanding. Explained everything thoroughly, very friendly and courteous.

the tech aj was very polite,pleasant&professional.there were a lot of stains on my daughters carpet.this process removed 95% of them. he was fast&efficient&explained that stains with certainchemicals(like red koolaid)could not be removed.this process was good because there was no strong smell,didn't require a lot of heavy equipment&left the carpet clean&smelling fresh.thank you zerorez.pat mckinley

This was our first experience using Zerorez and will not be our last since Justin was informative and did a great job not only cleaning our carpets, but also, the duct to our dryer in the laundry room.
