We have used your services twice now, and each time the technician has been friendly and courteous, going above and beyond regular service. The floor and carpet looks and feels great!

The service man called ahead, arrived on time, was very professional about the service and products. He reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and explained possible additions to the plan, based on his findings.
Carpet took a little bit longer to dry than expected, but it looks great!

Price

We were quoted one price over the phone and when the techs were almost finished we were quoted a different price. The lead tech was rude and short with my wife. The carpet cleaning was great but the customer service was seriously lacking. The tech acted like he was doing us a favor. The dispatcher that quoted me the wrong price stated " I must have misspoke or didn't hear you correctly about the number of rooms." When I asked what now? He responded "there's not much I can do, you'll have to pay the new amount." Great cleaning, but we felt like we got baited and switched, so for that reason I could not in good conscience recommend your company to family and friends.

Products are kind to the environment. The technician who came out did the job we asked for. I am however disappointed with the appointment process. I did the online and then called the number when I did not receive anything via email. I also did not hear a confirmation call for my appointment until I initiated the call.

We selected you guys based on your advertising that you can get pet stains out. Your technician did a pretty good job except for the master bedroom where there was a large pet stain that did not come out. From that standpoint we were disappointed in your service.

LR carpet has more and bigger stains than before cleaning. Probably can't be helped, but we would have liked an explanation.

Make your cost structure clear up front? A $10 fuel fee??? If you don't do Mansfield without some sort of extra fee make that clear when appointment is made.

Both are top notch

It seemed to get most of the dirt out of the carpet although I wasn't too happy about a smell that developed a few hours later while the carpet was drying. It has gone away but since the carpet cleaning, my wife has been coughing. She has never had a cough that I can recall.
