I asked for the Stringer special from KLTY and was given the roomrate but nothing else that was offered on the radio such as the upholstery cleanng and Pandora gift card. Also, the gentleman who came to clean was very nice but most all the stains that he cleaned have already come back. I believe a second round is required and that I should receive everything else that was promised on the radio. I also have given my Persian rug over to the technician to clean and have not heard anything back from anyone in regards to when it will be back in my home.

I had heard great reviews about Zerorez for years on KLUV by Jodie Dean and you lived up to the reviews. After using another company with disappointing results, I decided to go with Zerorez this time to hopefully get the job done right. Zerorez is the only company I will use from now on. And your guy was very friendly and knew his job and about all the products. He did a great job.

I was a little disappointed that the technician arrived after 4:00 because I had out of town guests arriving that evening.

Drivers need ID badges, When AJ arrived he had on these shoe covers, and afterwards he provided me a pair to wear because carpet was still wet and did not want to tract dirt with shoes being on or socks getting wet. I thought it was a good jesture for him to have been wearing the covers during the whole time he cleaned carpet and provide me with shoe covers until floor dryed.

The stains and smell in my carpet were not completely removed the first treatment....I had to call zerorez to get a retreatment done. And I had filled out a feedback form like this one stating this fact....
I will say, that a second treatment at no charge was done quite well and to my satisfaction

I should have called you guys sooner to have this service done. I was completely embarrassed how my carpets looked before. At the time, I only had 3 rooms done should had gone ans had the 4th room done as well. I looked at the comparison and I was truly shocked to see the difference. I will have to get call you again for your services.

Show up on time, with at least a crew of 2 and be more aware of client's business hours. Our day ends at 5pm, I requested 1pm start, 1 guy showed at 2:30pm, spent a great deal of time on the phone trying to confirm the work order/billing instead of dealing with it later, and was here until nearly 6:30pm.
