After 4 visits, you finally got it almost right. We are satisfied enough. The fact that you had to come out 4 times makes me only you give you a 5. How to make it right? Teach your techs to slow down and do the job right the first time!!! All it took to get the job done correctly was someone to go slow and take their time. I might recommend you in the future, but certainly with a warning.

This is the third time I have used your services over the last year and I was disappointed in my service this time. I had some spots on the carpet and they were not removed. The spots were not very bad or of an unusual nature and I felt they should have easily been removed. I do not believe that they were pretreated.
I like the work. I didn't like that I had to fight to get zerorez out to my new home. I only moved 5 minutes from my last home and had to practically beg to get them to come out. I have used you guys 4 or 5 times in the past. Hopefully next time wont be a problem.....
No residue
We started with a quote of $129 and ended with with a bill of around $217. I do not notice a difference in our carpet appearance or in the sofa we had cleaned. Our sofa has residue from years of oily hands on the ends of the armrests and other noticable spots and not one looks even a little different.

Your cleaning method is amazing, it just WORKS. And without chemicals! And your service is fantastic. The man who came to our home was incredibly polite and informative. He went above and beyond to help move furniture, too.
