The service person made sure he explained your product and how it works and if the stain would not come up they told me why. He was very quickly getting to cleaning. He was very polite and informative. I was very pleased.

SLOW DOWN ON THE CLEANING OF THE CARPET SO THAT IT PULLS ALL THE DIRT OUT SO THAT IT DOES NOT LEAVE TRACES OF DIRT.

Technicians were knowledgeable and courteous and patient. Took time to ask questions about our carpet, tile and any concerns prior to cleaning. Careful to be neat in their work. Process was not so invasive and flooring dried in reasonable time. Results are very good.

Felt that Regan Walker answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Plus he took extra care when I mentioned that our bedroom furniture was new and my husband didn't want to get water on it. He wasn't offended in any and told me he would take extra care. I appreciated his courteousness and that he was very respectful. Service was extremely good.

The service people who did the cleaniing were polite, did a great job, and all the specials that were advertized were actually honored unlike some other businesses. The professiolism and thoroughness provided by the technician Fabian was great customer service experience. I had my carpets cleaned and stretched Fabian did a great job on cleaning and stretching the carpets. He also cleaned up after he was done which is a very important detail to me as a client. I was concerned that my carpets would not be clean since I have 3 small Pets and had recently hosted a party which tracked dirt!!!! But zerorez cleaned it and my carpets look brand new!!!

To start with your technician told me he would not be able to get the carpets clean BEFORE he even tried. I was confused because ALL of the advertisements I had heard from the radio personalities stated that her 8 year old carpets that her animals used as bathrooms were FACTORY NEW after you came to her house. WELL my carpets had MAYBE 2 or three tea stains from tea that dripped off the cup and NO ANIMAL stains since I do not have any pets! He then argued with me that he was not going to clean the carpets unless I understood and was "happy" with the fact that he was not going to get them clean. Had to have him call the office to get him to STAY AND DO HIS JOB! Then after he was done, he told me to go look at the job. On the way down the steps I slipped and fell. Your technician not only didn't help me he did not even ask me if I was ok. PLEASED.....I think not. "NOT A RAVING FAN!
The guys who were supposed to clean my tile took off the grout paint. Now I have to pay someone to come repainted my grout. I feel as a large company the technicians should be educated enough (in this field of expertise) to ask if the tile grout was painted or not. So, my tile did not get cleaned and I have a new task to complete 😔. The carpet looks good though!
