I like that there are no chemicals involved and how clean the carpet gets (and stays looking clean!).
Good cleaner person
Tommy W. was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. His customer service was excellent! He paid attention to minor details and took his time while cleaning my carpet and tile. My wife and I are very pleased with his work.
I set up appt from 9 to 11. No one showed up. I called. Receptionist said I got confused and said my appt was at 4. Pm. Not .... I am elderly and was worried about walking on wet carpet. Receptionist said rug would dry in an hour. Well cleaning guy shows up around 3 o'clock after waiting since 9 am. Cleaning guy was very professional and did his job well. No I am back to Dalworth.....they are always on time and don't treat the customer like an idiot.

The carpet did not come very clean. Even spots that I could scrub out are still there. I was expecting a better job.

No chemicals and wonderful service

I like the fact that you don't use a lot of chemicals in your cleaning. I was able to get an appointment on the exact day I requested. I also like the "bonuses" (free tile cleaning, and $50 gift card). My technician, Roderick, was excellent. He explained every detail, answered my questions, made sure I understood every part of my bill, plus he did an excellent job. He was very friendly and polite. I will definitely use your company again and will request that Roderick be our technician if he is available.
While my dining room carpet was wet, it looked like brand new. The next day several spots were very apparent. I am disappointed with the dining room results after spending $1,000.00 with you.
Clean, efficent carpet service at a reasonable price. I would not use Zerorez for just tile or grout cleaning beyond the free 100 sq. feet offered, due to the the cost being too high.

The man that came did an excellent job, he was very professional and very thorough!! Carpets looked great. This is the third time (I think) I have used Zerorez, and will use them again.
I had a package for a 4 room clean, plus one upholtestered itme, plus a gift card. I only have 3 carpeted areas. I wanted another upholstered item cleaned...that couldn't be done, but I could get an area rug cleaned. I didn't need the rug cleaned, I needed the the couch cleaned. It was just a general unwillingness to wrok with me on it.
Luis was very courteous and thorough. I would request him again. I also appreciate that there are no chemicals used.

I'm not sure why but our carpet almost looks worse than it did before the cleaning in certain spots. Maybe just old stains brought to the surface?? It was the second time we've used you and the first time that didn't happen. The technician was great, very professional and friendly. I was a little disappointed to find that the furniture wasn't moved to clean underneath like they did the first time.
The carpet was brought back to life!!
Not as clean looking as I hoped...but maybe carpet has too much wear.

Very disappointed in no call back from Manager. Have called 3 times re: concern with service I received.
It was very easy to schedule the services and there were lots of reminders. The service was prompt and got everything in our house looking brand new!

This is a very professional and organized company. I felt comfortable letting my 6 month old crawl on the carpet the next day and my 2 year old commented that "the man was nice!"
