Your technicians are all very good but I think Cesar Sierra is the best ever. Cesar went over each item I was entitled to get, explained the process and answered every question I asked. I spilled finger nail polish on the carpet and he got most of it out what was left he told me how to repair the carpet. I enjoyed having him in my house. My carpet looks better than new.

I was just amazing, no other cleaners have ever gotten my carpets so clean
The stains don't come back. I was disappointed with the grout cleaning it was a little bit hit and miss, the tile didn't all come clean and since I paid for the tile to be sealed I'm thinking the dirt got sealed in.
They did a great job. The technician was personable and professional. My carpets look great! The heavy traffic areas and extra dirty enter way are clean! Thank you Zerorez!!

My carpets were horrible and now they look almost brand new. Well as brand new as they could be with 2 toddlers and a dog :) Stains I thought were set for ever are not visible. My technician, Cesar, was very personable and very skilled in his service.
I thought the associate who serviced our home provieded great customer service and Zerorez offers a great product at a resonable price.

Continue with the same process every time if a carpet cleaning is requested. I had the carpet scrubbed before cleaning, that was different then the last time. It looks great.
The quality of the carpet/tile cleaning and carpet stretching was good, but during the process a mirrored drawer on a chest was broken. Pictures were taken and sent to a supervisor but as of this date no one has contacted me about resolving the issue.

The technician was WONDERFUL!!! He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the different services. He took his time and answered all my questions....and I had a lot! Then he was very detailed as he cleaned the rooms, halls, stairs and did a patch repair. The carpet was brand new when we moved in to this home. We were leaving after 18 months and the carpet looked almost the very same when we moved in! It was amazing to see the transformation back to like new carpet.
The service was great....but Jimmy, the technician made the difference for me. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite. It was refreshing to not have to be wary if this person coming to your home would make you uncomfortable. Jimmy eased my tensions almost immediately then impressed me with his representation if ZeroRes. I will definitely use this service again....and demand that I be assigned to Jimny!!
