Your people and device was good .The price seemed high
Your technician was courteous and worked diligently. I was very satisfied with his efforts and the appearance of the carpet. I also appreciated that he was careful when setting up the hoses not to damage anything in my garden. Also I was grateful that he wore covering on his shoes.

Lack of chemicals used in cleaning process.
Would have been nice to know before the cleaning that it could take up to 46 hours to dry. My carpet was pretty wet and tracked all over my floor (wood and tile). Even manufacturers tell you to not allow carpet to stay wet for too long as it tends to stretch it out and creates the "ripples" in it. In addition, the tile that was done was left with a LOT of water on it. The guy was very professional, but some training could be in order. The hoses were dragged up my wood stairs which I did not appreciate since wood does mar when things get dragged over it. I kept stopping what I was doing to help pick them up as he was going up. It was then that he added the corner guards around the stairs... Coming down was the same - he just kind of tossed them down. Finally, I told him I wanted to move certain furniture for him to clean behind and then move it back. Because the carpet was so wet I didn't move some of it, but when I told him some in the master would need the blocks under it to protect the wood, I was told that they were only allowed to leave so many so again, I didn't move some of what I wanted to move. All in all the final outcome was pretty good, but considering it was pretty good anyway, I may or may not choose to do it again.

In the ads on the radio, they said that it makes your carpet look brand new and smell very fresh. I could still see spots and traffic areas after it was done, so if there's any way to improve more on that, that would be my recommendation.
