Caesar the service rep was fantastic. He explained everything to us be sure we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it every step of the way. He was pleasant, personable and very customer service oriented. He took his time and made sure we were 100% satisfied during the process. I have not used zerorez before but I will be back not only for the product but more importantly the service that we were given.
A technician came out to give me an estimate and did not present a business card. I was overwhelmed when I opened my door- by the strong body odor and cigarette smell. He didn't have a measuring tape with him and was using his feet as guide! Then he showed me the estimate and once again I was overwhelmed by the price tag to clean a $500 rug would cost me $211 + tax and that was including a discount! I told him that I have to show my husband the estimate and could he email it to me. He said I would get it in a few minutes- well, it's been a few days and I still haven't received it.

Tech was an hour past the window given. No call or explanitation given. No call as promised when the tech was in route, he just showed up and did not even know the address of the unit he was to service. I have used and recommened you many times before but unfortunately after this I will not feel right about any type of recommendation until I have personally used your service again, who knows when that will be, to see if this type of complete disgrguard of my time occurs again.

Nothing can be done - the service regarding the time was terrible. An appointment was made. They arrived in the morning rather than 4 p.m. as agreed upon. Then when they were supposed to come back between 4 and 6 they never showed up until 7:30. Although the person who did the job was good, there is some grout that is still not very clean.
pulled the fringe off my rugs and they look like you used acid on them. they did a terrible job on them. they are very expensive and I was told by the man that picked them up, that they would do a really good job. my silk rug look really bad. would never let you clean them again.

I want to say that I was most satisfied with the agent's work. He was most professional and performed a wonderful job. I must however mention that the advertisement that Mike Rogers gives is true, however I was somewhat disappointed that my carpet did not dry as "fluffy" as Mike said that it would turn out to be. I'm very satisfied with the professional job done....just a little disappointed that the carpet was not "like new". But I want you to know that I will use your carpet cleaning service again! Thank you.

On 20th Jan, Zerorez came to clean carpet in my house. After the cleaning and drying, there was a brown patch in the size of 1 sq.ft. This patch was never there before. I called 21st Jan and they scheduled to fix it on Jan 26th. Promptly Zerorez person came and used a cleaner called 'Brown Out' for that area. He said 'Brown Out' will likely fix it; but was not confident. Once again after the carpet dried out, the patch was there. I called again today (27th Jan) and they are scheduled to come again on 29th Jan. I can't believe that I have to put so much effort for a carpet cleaning. What is Zerorez going to do to make this alright?
The carpet is really clean afterwards. I've had tile cleaned and upholstery. All with great results. And after my tech came over, and commented that zerorez would make a ton of money cleaning windows, I cleaned all my windows the next day! Incentive.
One thing I was not pleased about was the 'special for the month' advertising. Not such a good bargain after being informed on the phone and then reading the small print that I did not qualify for the discount.
But your technician, AJ, did a great job of up selling, and I will take advantage of other services not advertised.
