We have had our bedroom carpets cleaned twice and were supposed to have tile cleaned both times. This has not happened either time. The second time we paid extra for the pet treatment in one bedroom. We can still smell the bad odors in that room.

Be more up front about the costs involved. I was not aware that there was an extra charge to clean spots on the carpet and I was not told about a fuel charge.

We were supposed to receive a gift card to the Estillo Gaucho as part of the special we did but we didn't receive anything. The only thing we would do to improve would be that we had to go around all the edges of the tile to hand clean where the machines wouldn't reach because it was very obvious. If there was a tool to reach that last inch it would be great.

Paul was very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning all my carpet in the house. When he compled the complimentary tile clean in my entryway I was amazed at how clean the grout and tiles looked. Conversely I was shocked at how dirty the grout in the other areas surrounding the completed tile was. I will be scheduling Paul to come back and complete the rest of the downstairsl I highly recommend Zero Rez and Paul when you want really clean tile and carpet in your house.

The gentlemen that came were friendly and worked efficiently. My upholstery looked excellent and my rugs new.

Several things disappointed me. Biggest concern- Our house smells musty 48 hrs later. I hope our carpet isn't ruined. The technician was nice though.

Service was great

I like that my carpet seems to stay clean longer between cleanings. I also like your service people. I have used your company twice and both of the men were very friendly, and seemed knowledgeable about your service.

The technician was very friendly, nice and efficient. Gave good service.
However, the arrival time was late. I asked for an afternoon appt. and instead I got an evening appt. on a Friday night. I was not too pleased about the fact that we did not get to have dinner.

Jesus Ramerez was one of the nicest, hard working and knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of dealing with from Zerorez. He did a wonderful job. I have recommended your company in the past and will continue to in the future.

Roy was the man who came to clean our floors. Not only did he do a good job, he was happy and excited to do it. My husband and I couldn't stop talking about how nice and happy he was. He really loves his job and the company he works for. Out floors look amazing but Roy is the reason we will continually the use zerorez and for sure will recommend them to our friends.

I love that you do not use a bunch of chemicals that are dangerous to the environment. I also love that my carpeting looks brand new after you are done!
