Your rep was very professional and pleasant. He was even sweet to my dog! : ) he did a great job. Carpets look great! I tried to give him a nice tip but he said he wasn't allowed to take it! I didn't care for that. He deserved it! You should change that policy and leave that decision of the homeowner. Very happy!

The service man who did the cleaning of our carpets was skilled, gracious, very easy to work with. He gets an excellent rating from us.
Everything. Ricardo arrived in a timely manner, was fiendly, introduced himself, etc. I had not scheduled upholtry cleaning but inquired about that. He said he had time and would do that. He did a fantastic job of cleaning the couch, 2 chairs, the cushions, the couch pillows, and the armrest covers. I cannot tell you how informative he was, keeping me in the loop as he cleaned, got up all the spots and grime to more than my satisfaction, and you need to know how much I appreciate him. It was just a plain good day and I walk around just looking at what a clean face Ricardo put on my house Tuesday. Thanks so much.

It was good - but not great. My husband was here for the cleaning. He did not receive my card to the Brazilian restaurant either. It made me feel that you were not true to your word.
Eric was very customer friendly, highly knowledgeable , he did a fantastic job of cleaning out carpets, addressed all our concerns about cleaning carpet.

Safe for kids and animals. Doesn't smell like chemicals and carpet isn't stiff afterwards.
Technician is always courteous and floors are always clean when they leave.
My only complaint is follow thru on promotional gifts. Last time I used the service I was promised free passes to Hawaiian falls. They never came. I expect theta for dinner will arrive this time.
Tile cleaning was awesome big difference.
After the carpet dried, we were disappointed with the results. There were several spots that weren't as clean as I thought they were. Also, overall we were disappointed that the major traffic areas we really wanted cleaned did not look clean at all. I didn't expect the carpet to be like new again, but I thought I would be able to see some difference . I don' t know if anything different can be done. A friend of mine highly recommended your service
to me.

I think the service and employees are great. However, I always experience "sticker shock" when booking a service.

The appointment time was kept and the work was done competently, quickly, and better than other carpet cleaners we have used. Your employee was also pleasant as well as competent.

Fast, easy. The carpet looks nice. The only thing we didn't appreciate was the sales pitch by the technician for some extra carpet sealer or something. We ordered what we wanted at the time we set up the appt and didn't expect to have someone try to sell us something else when they came to our house.

all natural - but I always have problems with making appointments. I get told one thing and then when the appointmet time gets near, then they have changed it to a time when I'm not at home so then it has to be rescheduled. They don't have very good customer service.
