The job was done great but he was not told to bring a cover so he could clean them in my garage,so he had to clean them on my wood floors, not to happy about that, you need to let the man know, I guess you had a problem that day as he had to travel quite a distance!!!!

Richardo (Tech)was very professional and very careful not to bumb the walls or furniture. It was much quicker than I thought it would be.My carpets look very good. The free tile cleaning wasn't so good. We still have the same grout stains(Grease we think). The price was great..

Like that you do not use soap or chemicals. Damon was awesome. He did a great job. My carpet looks, feels and smells clean. We had a lor of old stains that did not come out but actually look very good. Like that Damon explained things as he went along and wanted my sign off. You can tell he is passionate about it. Very pleased!

The quality of the work is excellent. My carpet and tile always look like new after Zerorez has been to my house. I have used this company for years and would not use any other carpet cleaning company
Did you change the method and cleaning solution? I did not observe the tech as he cleaned. It sounded the same, but I could smell the solution after and the cleaning flared allergies. That has never happened after ZR cleaning and allergies are the reason we tried ZR in the very beginning.
Also, did you stop using corner protecters? They were very helpful to keep paint from getting scraped at the corners of our walls.
Tech was nice and did a good job, just wondering about changes.
Our technician, Chris, did an excellent job of explaining the services available and shared his knowledge of the products. He took time while he was cleaning and spent extra time with dirtier heavy traffic areas. I was very impressed with Chris and am thoroughly satisfied with my clean carpets. Thanks Chris for a job week done.

Set up a phone number just for employees to call in credit cards and make sure reps have their own phones instead of using your customer's.
Professionalism, up front charges understood, punctual, Daniel (who was your rep at our house, was outstanding. Will request his returning when we call next time.)
Darwin was great! Very professional! I still am not sure about the product though. Darwin cleaned 3 carpeted rooms, and one tile room. Unfortunately, our bedroom really doesn't look much better, and a stain in the music room,while a little lighter, is still there.
I hear such good things about Zerorez on the radio, however I really seen the benefit of using you all over another. Sorry.
