The cleaning was decent, but some of the issue spots came back within the day. Most importantly, we asked that the drive NOT park on our newly laid paving stone driveway. He decided that if he parked on the street that he would not have enough length to complete the job. I asked that he make sure that his vehicle NOT leak oil, which he said it did not - yet, when he left he had both an oil leak as well as another leak at the back of the vehicle.
ALSO - he dumped product on our lawn. There is a noticeable stain on the grass, and most likely will not grow back properly.
I love the fact that you aren't using chemicals. It is safe for my baby and dogs! The carpets look great!

Customer service is excellent. If something needs corrected after my initial service, I have called and it has been resolved to even better than I expected with no hassle. I have referred Zerorez to two friends this week.

I like that there's no chemicals used, no residue left after cleaning, and the carpets always look great! The technicians are always very knowledgeable, friendly, and they do a great job in an expedient manner.
The quality of the job done along with the courteousness of the technician and the efficiency of scheduling and letting me know when the tech was on the way, etc.
Cost. Last year the same area of tile in my house cost $99 to get cleaned. This year it was quoted at $249 then tech came down to $200, but it was still twice what I paid the previous year.

We are very pleased with the prompt, courteous service we received when I called for an immediate appointment on a Saturday!! WOW!! Eric Stoker came to our house and cleaned all our air ducts as well as cleaning our carpeted floors and stairway!! He was friendly, professional,and he was very knowledgable about what he was doing. He did an Outstanding Job in our 4400 sq.ft. House and we were amazed at how hot the temperature of the water was and how it cleaned so well. We felt that we were blessed by Eric's services and products he rendered to us on behalf of your company. We know that Eric is a valuable asset to your company and with his Business Degree from Penn State he would and could move up in the company and really excel and grow the company even more..Thanks soo much for giving us the best service. The person that cleaned my carpets was very professional, explained everything he was going to do. Every so often, he would ask me if the carpet looked ok and was seriously asking me that if it was not to let him know. He cleaned my kitchen floor as well and did a great job. I had read all these negative comments and I was really worried about being overcharged and getting someone rude, but I would recommend him. He did a great job.
