I have always been completely satisfied with Zerorez, until this last time. The tech did instruct me on how to properly take care of stains in my carpet, and said it would take one or two more cleanings to get my carpet clean. Before he began to clean, he did ask if there were places that needed special treatment. I just showed him the two spots where my dog had accidents. However, where techs in the past saw an area that was of concern, they brought it to my attention; and then I certainly gave permission to pretreat the area. My appointment was the last of the day; and I'm sure the tech was tired. He offered to take me around my home for approval; I did not think it necessary because I trusted that Zerorez always does a great job. The next day, after the carpet thoroughly dried, I did do a walkthrough and found that the carpet did not look too much better than before he came. Also, He did not brush my carpet. I guess I was spoiled in the past. It already looks like my carpets need to be cleaned again.

Whoever schedules the appointments does not understand the time it takes to travel from one point in the DFW area to the other. The guy who did our service came from East Dallas and was really late--which having waited for over 3 hours from the scheduled time cost me time and money from my job.

I was told dry time would be about 6 hrs. Online it said 6 to 12. It's been 30 hrs and the stairs and living room are still a little damp. When you called at the 24 hr mark I was told to wait a day then call back.

I like the fact that Zerorez takes a completely different cleaning approach compared to similar companies that approach cleaning the same way for over 20 years. I also like the fast carpet drying times for the carpets in the house without the sweet after smell of detergents that are still embedded in the carpet fibers. Thank you ZeroRez
