Friendly tech and very knowledgable about the product he was providing. The big plus was that zerorez is environmentally safe and really does an excellent job cleaning carpets that were in a home where 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 rats live. I am so happy with your product, before Zerorez I thought about replacing the carpet, but not any more. Thank you and be sure that I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

No chemicals, great results. Robert was very professional, and friendly.
There was light moveable furniture in our bedroom that could have easily been moved that was not. Also the living room carpet is only a year old and yet when we moved the rug, they were not able to get it cleaned. I can still see where the rug was located exactly.
After the cleaning is done, the house doesn't smell like chemicals or flower like cover up smells. The drying time is fast.
I had to pay a $10 fuel charge???? Seriously? This was a $400 job.
I had to clean my hardwoods after you left to get the water spots off.
It's natural and very efficient. Have never had a problem that they couldn't handle. and, after they finish the carpet looks GREAT!!
I like that there's no soapy residue after cleaning and the carpet feels soft. Also, my technician was very efficient and helpful.

Everything. Your staff technicians were friendly and did a great job.
Work was OK, even though you were not able to remove the stain. This is the second time in a week you came to my house. I paid you over $600. I was promised a receipt within minutes each trip. I was also promised a $50.00 gift card. I have not received any one of the three. However, you have probably submitted my charges immediately. Are you forcing me to put a stop on the payments? Or a letter to the Better Business Bureau? Or maybe since I am on my neighborhood association Board of Director, I should notify my 300+ families in my neighborhood of the way you do business.

Professional, courteous, and everything was clean. We love the protectant that was applied. It makes cleaning up messes much easier!
Great cleaning & service.
The small closets and master closet where not done. I have buyers moving into the home today. We have paid you almost 300.00 and the EMPTY home was not done correctly. If I do not have this taken care of by tomorrow, I will never use or refer Zerorez again.
