The clean, fresh carpets! Your technician Fabian was able to stretch the areas that needed it, then clean and seal the carpets to protect them against future "accidents"! Very professional and efficient technician!
The gold carpets came out great after not being cleaned for 10 years. I was disappointed that the coffee stain did not come completely clean on the indoor/outdoor carpet in the den.
The house smelled fresh, but did not have a "cleaner" smell.
Mr. William Jerome was very professional. He gave me excellent recommendations on keeping my carpet clean longer. And paid meticulous attention to spots and traffic area that I thought could not be restored to a new like condition. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family!

The technician was very nice and helpful but the equipment was not working properly and he had to take a long time to fix it before he could begin. We had some very stubborn stains that have been in the carpet for several years. But I still had expected them to come out better than they did. My brother referred me to you as he was thrilled with your service. He mentioned a special stain removing tool that I never saw during our cleaning process. It could be because we have Berber carpet and he has a standard carpet.i just wasn't as impressed as I had hoped to be. This had nothing to do with our technician. He was very professional, helpful and friendly.

My carpet is now sticky. I had them cleaned this past Monday the 2nd. Stains have already started to reappear. I will be calling for a complete redo or something tomorrow the 4th. First time zerorez came out I was completely satisfied. But this time I am completely unsatisfied with the outcome.
Took 3 trips to finish it correctly.

The tile cleaning looked great, but the carpet was horrible. The carpets were still brown and you could see the outline of where the couch was. I had to have the carpets cleaned again after the Zerorez “right” way.
