All natural, made a difference in tile and grout color
Technicians are professional but friendly. They know what they are doing. Provide great info on how to take care of my carpet and they are careful with their equipment and my house. Saturday Cesar used a wall protector so that the hose wouldn't rub on the door as he went around the corner. I really appreciated that little extra. My carpets and my tile look amazing.

I do not have a lot of stains. My problem, with light carpeting I have those darken areas around the baseboards and wear areas at heavy traffic areas that are hard to get totally clean.....I went over some areas after all dried and reduced the darker look.
