The technician that was sent to my home didn't have the skill set to stretch the carpet on my stairs. That is one of the reasons why I scheduled the appointment. When I Zerorez come to my home in December to have some of the cleaning done, the technician said that you have the ability to help with the scratches on my wood flooring in my family room. When Zerorez called to scheduled this appointment I was told you no longer provide that service.

Carpets feel very clean and the grout looks just fine. There were a few little nicks to the baseboard but not too bad. Technician was very professional.

We had Zerorez clean the tile and grout in our Kitchen and Bathroom. Technician did not inform us accurately of the level of clean that the service would provide. I discussed the grout with the technician before starting the work and asked, in his professional opinion and based on experience, if the cleaning process will lighten the grout. He said yes, that it should make a noticeable difference and significantly lighten the grout. When he completed his job, I informed him that I was not satisfied with the job and he stated that the grout was still wet and that we would see the results once it dries; he was not able to stay at our home until it dried. Upon drying, there is a very minimal difference in the lightness of the grout. We are extremely unhappy that we wasted $200 + dollars on the service when we could have been informed by the technician prior to starting work that there was a chance that the grout would not lighten. If there is any possibility of a refund, we would greatly appreciate it.

I had carpet cleaning services conducted on Saturday, January 7th. The technician that came out went by the name of Paul. He said my carpet needed stain removed but stated, "You are the last customer of the day, so I won't charge you for the stain remover". I said, "Ok, cool thank you!" He proceeded to stated that my living room was too big and that he would normally charge me for 3 rooms because of the size expect he charged me for 2 rooms. He proceeded to give me 2 bottles of stain remover at the end of the services. When he asked for my credit card he stated that the bill was "$165". I asked him again when he handed my credit card back to what the bill was and he stated again, "$165". I never received a receipt for the services that I received on January 7th. My credit card was charged $243.55. I will not recommend a service like this if this is how a customer is going to be charged. My number is Phone number removed if you want to look my order up.

Carpet did not come clean and there is still pet odor where pets have not been at all since treatment. Technician was very nice though. My Mother was disappointed in the way the carpet looked in her room, but she did not say it to him only to me after he left.

great tech, well priced, excellent customer service

We have used you 3 times. The first was great, the second was terrible, and the third was great. It definitely has to do with your service provider employees. They either work really hard or don't. This last time, the employee was wonderful; very diligent, very informative, well mannered, and did a great job.

yo offered a 20 % discount on top of a special. currrent, discount that the rep had no info on...he ultimately honored it but shouldnt have been an isue

I like that there is no residue left behind to cause buildup and inevitable discoloration/stain reoccurrence. I also really like that it is 100 percent safe for my kids.
