Your service rep was extremely courteous and professional. I will always use zerorez and refer them to my clients.
The technician "forgot" to do an entire room. Furthermore he also "forgot" we had a dog blocked off, moved the gates for his hoses and the dog got out. He was running for 20-40 minutes before we found him. Mind you, the technician wasn't helping.
Less up selling. I felt like every 15 minutes I was being asked about another service I could add today.
Everything. The service was great, very professional. The service technician was outstanding and did a great job. This was my first time to have my carpets cleaned and he was very patient and explained everything to me. He is a credit to your company

Your tech was prompt and professional. My furniture was cleaned as promised and it looks great.
We opted for the free tile cleaning special that you all ran. We have dark tile and after the cleaning, the tile did not look that much cleaner. There were even a few spots left on the tile. Also, after the water dried, there were white spots that were left by the water from your machine. The carpet cleaning was good but the tile cleaning was not that great. I'm glad it was free.
Fabian and his assistant were very professional and did a very thorough job. We intended only on having the carpets done and the free offer for cleaning tile. Fabian was very good at persuading us to have furniture cleaned and then offered to have tile sealed for free. Your prices are a little more than the competition,but it certainly nw as worth what we paid.
I did call the office barter Fabian left when I looked at the invoice was emailed to me so quickly. I noticed I was charged for the tile sealing of $65.00 that was to be free. The office staff took care of this immediately and said they would refund the $65.00 plus tax. I am just waiting for the refund and the surprise steakhouse $50.00 gift card. Thanks to Fabian and assistant. We will be using Zero Rez again.

Kyle Rogers was our service tech. He was on time and cleaned all carpet area thoroughly removing high traffic dirt and stains were necessary. All work was completed in a timely manner!

came back twice until problem caused in first cleaning was resolved.

No harsh chemicals used to create residue and attract dirt right back into carpet. The young man who performed the service was cordial, neat, did a thorough job, clearly conveyed what he was about to do and why, answered all my questions completely, and always acted in a very professional and polite manner. The job was well done at a reasonable price.
I have used Zerorez several times, I was very disappointed this time. I called with the Jody Dean special which was to received 20% off my bill, a $50 steak house certificate and 100 square feet of tile done. I had to call the office to get the 20% off, and they would then schedule the 10x10 tile done. Never did see the steak house certificate. I fell like this was false adverstering.
