The tile floor left a film after it was cleaned. The gentleman was very professional and curiousty.

Time frame for appt was off by 3+ hrs. Your guarantees on website evidently aren't guarantees as I had to sign for a non-guaranteed service. Keith was nice & did a good job. He didn't wipe floors as he went & I had to ask him to brush or rake carpet. He did a special flush on area & odor remains. So, overall the bonus of your service is no residue. Everything else is pretty much like every other carpet cleaning business.

I did not get 20% discount,100 foot of tile was not cleaned and no restaurant coupon was given to me. Plus some spots are not gone.

Paul did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was able to remove a stain that we thought was hopeless. We will definitely call Zerorez in the future when we need our carpets cleaned again!

We are repeatedly sent a loyalty coupon. We had one room to do but paid the min charge. Fine.
Then, we were told we could not use the loyalty coupon because we only did one room. But we paid the cost for 3 rooms - $99.

I had my tile floor cleaned and grout sealed. Very dissatisfied with cleaning of grout. Dirty areas and white areas in grout. Very overpriced for very unsatisfactory results!!!!!! Carpets look great however. Stick to carpet. Forget tile cleaning!!!

The great satisfaction of saying "I'm right again!" And when I see my husbands amazed and super happy face when he sees the cleaning job Zerorez did. He was positive we would have to replace the "dang" carpet. I told him to wait and see the carpet after Zerorez cleaned it. Zerorez didn't let me down. Our carpet looks brand new. No better than new. Thank you Zerorez. Knew you could get the bottle of hand lotion out of the carpet that my darling grandson emptied into it. And the red jello and the lipstick. Tie that boy up--no call Zerorez!!! It has now been 32 hours since my carpet cleaning and my carpet is still wet and I cannot put my house back together yet! This was the first and last time we will use your company. We were also offered a $50 gift card to a steakhouse and never received it, nor did we get our free tile cleaned.
