I liked the fact that we were contacted after we made a service request and that we were contacted by the tech about an hour before arrival.
The technician was very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful.

While the technician did fine, the dispatching center really angered me. When I scheduled the call, I told them that I wanted Darwin. If Darwin could not make it then I would reschedule.
I get a call at 5pm (window is 4-6:30 telling me it wont be Darwin because he took the day off. Hard to believe no one knew that until 5pm. The person who called me to tell me was polite but quite frankly, he was blowing smoke up my #$%@. Based simply on the dispatchers performance i would never use your company again. It is a far cry from what I've experienced from you in the past. He also told me that my technician was "as good if not better than Darwin". The kid was fine but with less than one year of experience, he is no Darwin.

Friendly, Fast service and easy to schedule

This is my second time to use Zerorez and we are extremely pleased with the service. They took the time to walk through the house with us and give us their full attention we didn't feel a bit rushed. We had pet stains in our house we were not able to get up that they focused on and were able to get the spots out. The best part is how soft and clean my carpet feels and it makes me feel good that there were not a bunch of chemicals being used to clean the floor because I have a baby in her crawling stage. Excellent customer service and very friendly techs as well. We are customers for life, thank you!!
