What could we do to improve?

I called to schedule cleaning of my kitchen tile/grout and asked about the price, based on your previous service in my house (about6 1/2 years ago). The person I spoke to told me it had been $482.00 previously and that it should be a similar price. When the technician arrived, he didn't know it was for tile cleaning, and when he measured the area, he said the price would be $170 higher than the number we discussed over the phone. Even though it was a number of years later, that seems like a substantial increase, and I feel I should have been told that before the technicians arrived and had their equipment in my home.
Kyle and Travis appeared to work hard to clean the floor, and they were very polite, cordial, and helpful. Kyle asked me to look the floor over before they left, but because it was still wet, I couldn't really tell until the next day that there was still some discoloration in areas of the grout. I don't know if it could be improved, but the grout doesn't look nearly as evenly colored and stain-free as it did the last time I had it cleaned.

What could we do to improve?

Not having your drivers out so late. Not live routing and giving them time to clean with patience. I have been in their shoes before and at the time of day he came and with the mentality to go home, he could have easily done a bad job, but he was a good guy and he took care of business.

They clean well and dry fast. I was really impressed with the free tile cleaning I had, but to do all my tile is rather expensive.
Your service techinican, Kyle was extremely nice and gave me some good tips!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technician was respectfull & courtious, product was fair but outrageously expensive, then after all was done, right in the middle of my living room was within hours a stain returned faster & darker then ever before . Someone needs to contact me, please. Phone number removed. I realize that I chose a less expensive option but it still cost $200 for an hours work, for a very small apt.

The first problem I was told the price of the carpet cleaning was $29.99 per room and you guys would guarantee the carpet to come clean and the stains would be removed. When the technician arrived he told me my house stunk and that my carpets would not come clean unless I put a deodorizer down which would cost me an additional $60 per room so basically $90 per room. I asked him about prices for tile cleaning tile and he acted as if he did not want to be working. The carpets and tile he did clean looked just as bad after he was done as they did before he started working on them. I could not tell any difference on the tile it looked like he just put water on the floor. The carpets were very wet afterwards and took a very long time to dry. The technician was finished about 1030am and the carpets were still wet at 10pm that night. My wife posted a posting on your Facebook page and was told a representative was going to call her back shortly and she never received a call. After the technician left I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and a gentleman Jeff answered the phone and said he was the supervisor in charge. He was very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. Jeff told me I got what I paid for and if I wanted a better job done I should have paid for the upgrades. Jeff also told me Zerorez does not guarantee their work unless you pay for the upgrades. I explained to Jeff I was not happy with the service I received and he told that was not his problem that the technician did the job he was paid to do. I think this is false advertisement and that you technicians need to be a little more customer friendly. The last thing I called and made the appointment about 3 weeks out and specified I had to have an early morning appointment when they called me they gave me a late evening appointment. I had to call back and argue with the representative to get it changed and they were not going to change the appointment until I told them I was going to cancel it. This was a very bad experience and will tell all my friends and family about the service I received and will never recommend or use your service again. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
