The first thing I was told was that the traffic patterns would return after cleaning (the carpet is only a little over a year old, I live alone and have no pets). The second thing was to ask me to move the dining room chairs, which are very heavy. No carpet cleaning company has ever asked me to move furniture. And there was no protection for the items too big to move. Previous cleaners have used plastic shields or blocks for the legs of large furniture. Your web site led me to believe that the carpet would be barely damp, but it took more than 24 hours to dry.
Spent my time meeting you and showing you around and never received the proposal. The verbal quote was for $1400 which was ridiculous.
I'm amazed at the difference in out carpets! Kyle was amazing. He was kind to my 90 yr old Dad and my 85 yr old mother. A different problem had taken place before he got here, and he took care of it for us. He really saved the day. He was kind and helpful. Thabk you for sending him. There was only one guy so my husband had to move the furniture...not anything major was moved but guy could not do it allow! NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN!!! Next I forgot to request the pet deoderizer and the tech did not suggest which made the house smell for days!
