The technician told me my carpet would dry in about 4 hours. He finished at 2 pm, and at 10 pm (8 hours later) it was still felt quite damp and we had to be careful walking from carpet to wood floor.
Also, I felt really pressured into getting the protective spray finish, which I went ahead and did. This resulted in doubling the cost of my carpet cleaning. If the protective coating is so important, it should be incorporated into the cost of the carpet cleaning rather than an optional add-on.
The techs were curteous and explain all that they would do. Products leave the carpets clean and no odor.
My family and I are very sensitive to scents and the chemicals related to them. We did not have any asthma or allergy flare ups as a result of our cleaning. We have had increased respiratory health as a result.
Thought the carpets would look A LOT cleaner, love the fact you dont use chemicals but thought I would see better results.

Technicians are always very courteous. The process is effective and the self contained trucks are protecting our environment by not dumping polluted water to the sewer.

The two techs did a great job, didn't rush it, and got all very clean.
Follow up better. We had a crew in for a simple spot redo. They completed their work, went out to the van to "get paper work" but left without returning with said "paper work". So we have no evidence that they were here other than the corrected missed spots. We also had the remind them that they had not raked out the fringe on a carpet they had dragged their equipment over.

AJ was very professional and courteous, but wasn't able to get out some pet stains in our office after paying extra for the pet enzyme remover. Also, I think I was supposed to get a $50 restaurant gift card and free tile cleaning that didnt happen.

I had to have yall come back because you missed a room that i paid for, but was not cleaned. I immediately called after the tech left and left a message. I did not receive a call back from you after several days, so we called again and complained. You did come back out and spend about 10 minutes cleaning the missed room. The original person never gave us his name. He spent the first 25 minutes at my house trying to sell us more services than i had originally agreed to. I finally told him "i am not going to pay you $500 to clean my carpet", he then began the work. I do not like high pressure sales and i thought yall would be different, but you were not. I don't think i could honestly tell a friend or neighbor to use yall because i would not want them to feel uncomfortable like we felt. He came by himself, so he did not move anything when he worked. Other companies i have used usually have 2 guys. Your tech took a break in the middle of our cleaning. I don't think it was worth $287.

The costumer service for clients who are not pleased with service that has been completed is severely lacking. One gentleman on the phone told me your company needs to treat all customers equally. I called the day I had my carpets and kitchen tile floors cleaned with concerns (2/19). I had to wait 5 days until someone could come to investigate. The servicemen came on 2/25 (they were smokers even though I had requested no smokers) and were unable to solve the issue with the kitchen tile. They assured me I would hear from someone who will investigate further. I'm just not so sure how long I am going to have to wait for that phone call.
