the carpet and tile were done satisfactory, but the resulting damage to the tile and a painting are still NOT RESOLVED. Still waiting to hear from "responsible personnel" in Zerorez to resolve these concerns/issues. Certainly NOT very good customer care!!!!! it is obvious that ZEROREZ does not take customer care into their practices!!!!!
ZEROREZ needs to respond in a timely manner to these issues. It is for ZEROREZ to same we'll get back to you and do nothing as they have done.!!!!

However, your telecommunications are greatly lacking. I was on hold for 45 minutes the 1st time, to have questions answered before booking. Did not receive a return call when promised to book. Held again for 45 minutes to actually book the appointment. If I was not so determined to use your service as I have in the past; and highly recommended you because the work done was excellent: I would not put up with such foolishness.

Your techs are good but your office is a mess. Every time we have used you I have had to call in to get the arrival time or the premium or they have not updated the phone number or something. The office needs to get itself organized!
Technicians are very professional, lots of helpful suggestions and very thorough in my carpet cleaning.
The staff who have come into my home are polite, careful, and thorough. I like that the carpet feels soft and doesn't have a chemical or fake "clean" smell the next day, but just has no smell and is clean.
That they are non toxic. I don't have to worry about my little ones crawling around on the floor or breathing in chemicals.

Whatever you use works the best on our carpets and you're always prompt on getting out. Also, the young man that came was very courteous, helpful and professional. Wish I knew his name. Maybe you can look it up.
I love the way my 22 year old carpet still looks new! (It helps that it's in a room that isn't a high traffic area, but it still brightens up after Zerorez has done their magic!)

1. Kyle Peterson drove 4 hours in the snow from Colleyville to Dallas to keep his appointment to clean my carpets. 2. When he had trouble getting some of the spots out, Kyle called me to talk to me about the problem. 3. I returned to Dallas to find my carpets almost completely clean and smelling fresh! Kyle did a superb job on horrible, old almost carpet apartment carpet. I was pleasantly surprised at the results. Great job!
The carpets look great - almost like new and I had pet stains. I am a believer in empowered water because I have a machine in my home that makes alkalized water and it is what I drink. I love the idea that there are no chemicals or residue in my carpet to make it attract dirt and look worse in 2 or 3 months than it did before it was cleaned.
I will never go back to other methods of carpet cleaning - I'm a zerorez fan for life. The guys were nice and polite and I felt comfortable with them in my home.
