I love how my carpets look after they are cleaned, I just don't know why I was charged for two extra rooms when they were very small halls.
Low residue guarantee makes my wife feel better about the cats on the carpet.
BUT - charging $10 for gas now that it costs

Price was fair. Employees were nice (Darwin). Well done job. I like the fact that they call you 30 minutes before they arrive so you know for certain. However, they had to reschedule due to a snow storm and they called me almost 2 hours after they said they were coming. The service was not for my property and I had to drive 50 minutes to my rental property (which is empty) and had to wait for 2 hours before I got the call. I would have prefered to be notified earlier. However, I understand they think customers are in their home waiting and there is no inconvenience for the cancellation?

The smell of the chemicals either brought out the dog pee from long-ago accidents or mimmicks the smell. It's terrible.

Professional and kind! Another problem cropped up during the time Kyle was there, and he fixed it for us, taking a huge toll off my back, as I'm caring for my 90 yr. old Dad and 85 yr. old Mom, both with Alzheimers and my Dad has broken both of his hips in the past 6 months. I recommend them with my whole heart. Our carpets are AMAZING!!!! Thank you, Zerorez. Jody Dean was right!!!
