The product us amazing. Lifted every stain and left the carpets looking and feeling new. Fresh smelling too. The customer service was wonderful. They scheduled the job on the day I requested, gave me a 30 minute courtesy call and arrived on time despite an ice storm. Our technician Justin Watts was extremely professional and honest.

Two technicians showed up for my appointment and were very pleasant. My entryway carpet felt "rough" and after drying, it looked like it had barely been cleaned. This is not the superior service I have been accustomed to with Zerorez in the past. I have never had to "clean up" after an appointment before now. However, after looking at the entryway, I hooked up my Hoover steam cleaner and "re-cleaned" the entryway. I could to believe how dirty the water was (and the amount of pet hair that clumped up) after my carpets had just been cleaned. Since I have a shoulder issue going on, having to hook up the Hoover was not preferable. The shorter tech appeared to do the prelim cleaning while Daniel (bandaged hand) did the secondary step. It appeared that one of the steps was missed/skipped in the entryway (5x5 area). This is the most disappointing Zerorez cleaning experience I have ever had.

I deliberately waited this long to respond so that I would offer my responses without the emotional unhappiness that I immediately felt with the service provided on 2/7/15. First, I want to let you know the technician, Tyrone, was very nice and professional. My complaints are that I do not feel my carpets were cleaner after the service. In my office I've had a protector pad that my chair sits on. In my estimation, all my carpets should be as clean or the same color as what the protected carpet is. That is not the case, there are distinct lines with the "cleaned part" no where near as light colored! Also, a $30 candle was broken during the service and I did not get any acknowledgement in the price (he did say he was sorry, and seemed incredibly genuine). I expected my carpets to be soft when cleaned, but they still one month later feel "crunchy". I had to go back and clean many spots on my tile kitchen floor where grime or soot or something was left in multiple spots after the steam clean. Overall, for the price I paid I can not stress how extremely dissatisfied I am. I will not recommend your company. I wish I could be refunded and have that money apply to another company that might get the job done better.

I haven't used either yet. I called for information after having heard about you on KLTY. I was very impressed with the customer service over the phone. He offered an immediate solution to my temporary problem. Within a few minutes, we had scheduled a tech to come to assess the damage we had done to our carpet. I am looking forward to utilizing more services in the future.

price and ease of setting appointments

This was the second time that I used Zerorez and while I was impressed with the cleanliness of the carpets and the stains that came up, I did not realize how incredibly wet the carpets truly were until after the service guy left. It wasn't until the day after late into the afternoon that carpets began to feel truly dry. I will more than likely use Zerorez again but was just disappointed in how wet the carpets had been left.

First visit we had to request a 2nd crew to come back and complete the job. My husband suggested we ask for an experienced technician this time (which we got). This time the work was totally satisfactory.... Perhaps when you have a new client be sure and send experienced people? (You may already do this - it's possible everyone else was already scheduled when we called the first time.)
