Had a rep come out and do a test spot on my grout, I waited till it dryed to look at it and it was ok. I was expecting a better result, when he left there was areas of water on my floor that should have been dryed up and the splatter on the lower part of my iron door should have been wiped off as well. I had to do all this myself.

I wasn't "wowed" by the results compared to what I ended up paying.

I have an old & worn carpet; the level of cleaning was much higher than I thought possible.

I requested that you come back and redo the spots in the carpet which did not come clean, and have not heard a word of response. Also, I was promised a $50 gift card to a steak house and have not received any information on this item.

Did not like the fact that I wasn't given an appointment time when I first called in. Had to wait until 2 days prior to the day. I called 2 weeks ahead of time to schedule. I don't recall anyone gathering info at the time of my call or thereafter regarding the condition of my carpet other than to ask if I had pets. The tech was polite but my carpet doesn't look clean or refreshed.

Carpets are cleaned effectively without soap or chemical residue. Also, rejuvenates carpet fibers. The individuals that performed the service were experienced and professional.

I appreciate the fact that when I had an issue with the service the company made the effort to make it right. I don't expect perfection but I do expect customer service that truly cares about the customers experience.
