cleaning, efficiency, great people

I've used Zerorez previously and have been pleased with the results. Carpets are clean with no residue left behind or strange odor. They even cleaned black paint out of the carpet. Amazing! I've used them at my business to remove stains also. Did a great job.

No chemicals

I have thought about this for several days and finally decided to respond. I have always been really happy with Zerorez, but this time was not good. The estimate I received over the phone was around $400ish. However, I ended up paying $1200! We moved some furniture ahead of time, but all of the rooms still had beds, dressers, night stands, chairs, etc. So, basically, they cleaned walk areas. I added 2 small rugs and a large rug that weren't in the original estimate. I was also promised a $50 gift certificate that we didn't receive. It took almost all day to clean my rugs...I've never experienced that before. I was trying to work (I work from home) and the guys kept talking to me. They wanted me to check the rugs when they cleaned them. I didn't want to walk on wet carpet, but I quickly checked. (Of course, I found spots on the carpet after they left.) One of the guys asked some personal things about the contents in our home that made me uncomfortable. He should have been focused on the carpets. And...they even asked what we were having for lunch. One "got a headache" from not eating. I gave him Advil and some crackers. They were super nice men..it's not that. It just was unprofessional and "too friendly." Then, the cost blew me away. I knew it would be more than the estimate, but 3 times the estimate. Unbelievable! I was expecting something close to what I've had before. I can't imagine what the cost would have been without the "loyalty discount!" I would like for someone to re-evaluate that bill. The job was ok, results were great, but was a little pricey. Probably should come down price.

The first time we used zerorez we saw how much better the clean was. We had our carpet cleaned two times after the first, the second time not so good and the third time was even less clean. I gota say the crew you sent this time reafirmed our faith in this company and product. Justin and his helper were very professional, the day of our service it was snowing and even though the lines were all wet they managed to keep that contained and cleaned up. Very professional and staff was great!!

The technician who came out was professional and courteous. I paid for 8 rooms to be cleaned & was satisfied that they had been cleaned sufficiently until the carpet dried revealing a streaked appearance in a few areas. This was not apparent while the carpet was still wet, however. Evidently the carpet was not cleaned evenly. These were not necessarily high traffic areas. I wanted to wait & vacuum the areas a few times before expressing any dissatisfaction, but the affected areas remain streaky looking. I am satisfied with most of the work done, but I would like Zerorez to remedy this problem in order for me to be able rate my satisfaction higher & to make recommendations to friends.

I have used Xerorez in past years and have found that stains they get out usually stay gone. I like that. I had them clean carpets and some tile in our new home and I am hoping for the same results. Right now the carpets and the tile look very good.
The products they use are non-toxic and that is a plus too.

Randy was very knowledgeable about removing different types of stains and patching carpet for those that couldn't be removed. He did an excellent job on the carpets in my home.

I really liked our technician. He was upbeat, professional, and treated out carpets like they were in his own home rather than just doing the motions of the job.

The toxic cleaning process. We have used several other companies, only to have our feet burned from the residue in the carpet.
