There was no one capable of cleaning my hard wood floors.
The technicians were very nice, explained the process and quick. There was no chemical smell and the carpets looked very clean

I ordered 4 areas to be cleaned but when technician come he said that Holloway will be addition and I agreed. My question is what's the time allocated to clean 5 rooms?. After the carpet dried (which was not to wet at all) I inspected the rooms and and looks like one of the room was barley touched and there were spots left in 2 rooms. This was my second time using your services and the first time was noting like this one at all. I am very disappointed.
The carpets look and smell amazing and the associate who cleaned my carpets was thorough, helpful and courteous. I won't ever use another carpet cleaning company.
Good service and good product
I had to talk to 3 salespeople to get to my budget. I got three different numbers from the 3 of them. I also felt like fees just kept getting added, like a fuel surcharge when gas is $2. I almost called another company.

But the charge for area rugs is WAY TOO HIGH. So we did not have our area rugs done.

Get the carpet clean without all that soap & do not drown the carpet either to get it done. Mildew comes to mind before. Name removed

We have not received promised invoice from our Visa payment. You still have our name wrong. This is Melvin Schwartz on Haddington. We were never told about all the add ons (although not required), would like to have been made aware of ahead of time, so decisions could have been discussed over time, instead of "last minute". Was charged $10 for gas/travel charge that we were not told about ahead of time.
The technicians are always very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My carpets are cleaned without the crunchy residue and overpowering perfumes.

Your advertisement is for inexpensive rates and then you increase the price by $60 a room to take care of pet odors which you can't guarantee. I'd only recommend you to non-pet owners.
