Carpets stay clean for a longer period of time. Reasonable prices. On time and professional service.
In the past Zerorez has done a great job for us. We scheduled our appointment the day prior to moving in and was very upset with the outcome. The individual sent to clean our carpet done so in such a way that our carpet was not cleaned properly. I've never seen anyone use a carpet cleaner in such a way. It was like he was in a contest of some sort. I made comment to him that there is no way our carpet was cleaned properly and he stated this is the way he was trained. In the past when using Zerorez the cleaner took time with our carpet and did a great job. Not this time...in fact the technician told us not to bother with having the tile cleaned as it was not dirty and we would not be able to tell that it had been cleaned. This technician was just in too much of a hurry which I guess is why he left part of his cleaning equipment in our garage. Once he was done I expressed that we were dissatisfied. Instead of offering to re-clean and taking a bit more time with our carpets he wanted to call and get the OK not to charge us. I would have rather had the carpets cleaned properly but again I guess time was of the essence. He spent a good bit of time on hold and then told us he could not get in touch with Zerorez and would let the office know not to charge us when he got there. Not sure what has happened but the charge has hit our account and we are now in the process of working with Zerorez billing. They have been attempting to get in touch with the technician for the past two day. We have been told we would hear back tomorrow. Hopefully we will...
There are some areas that need to be redone. I would like a technician to come back and go over them again.

There are no harmful chemicals and our carpets now look better than we could have imagined. The technician was experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our property and to us.
Carpets appear clean and odor-free. The drying time is much shorter that I've experienced with other cleaning companies. Service techs appear friendly & knowlegeable. Daniel worked here yesterday and was so diligent & thorough....he deserves a raise!!

Carpet looks great, but I signed up for a returning customer special at 4 rooms for $29.95/rm with 100sq ft of tile n/c. Expected a bill around $150 but instead they bait & switch my wife into a ton of upgrades, ended up being $466. Not what I signed up for. Also, the steam cleaning off the bathroom tile slightly warped the bottom of the bathroom door.
You called when you said and came on time. Gave me an estimate, did a great job and I love my floors again!!
