My carpets were cleaned. Where I saw a difference in this visit from my last visit was in the service. (1) I was told by one person that someone would be at my house between 8:30 am and 1:00 p.m; I was told be another person it would be between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. I spent the whole day waiting on your service technician to arrive. (2) when the service technician came, I felt that he was in a hurry to get through. I do not feel that I got the care and attention as was given to me on the first and second visits from Zerorez. The technician told me he would go over the carpet protection with me. This never happened. When confirming if he took credit cards as well as checks, he said yes, but preferred checks. When asking that protection be put under certain pieces of furniture legs, this was done, but with my help. When I said that I preferred the clear protection sheets to the blocks, he said that we could put the clear sheets under some, but would have to use the blocks as well. When I asked about the free gift, he said that he had nothing to do with that, that it came from the office. After he left, I noticed leaves, etc that was not in my entry way when he arrived. Needless to say, I did not appreciate being tied to the house for the entire day, and was disappointed in the level of care I was given when compared to the past visits. I have used Zerorez in the past because of the special care they gave me, their punctuality as well as the method of carpet cleaning.

I hope that in future visits there is improvement.

We emptied the carpeted closets, but they weren't cleaned, and there's one obvious section behind a door that got missed as well. The employee was friendly and worked steady, but arrived late. The kitchen tile work was complete for what was covered (100sq'), but was ineffective, and I was surprised that he left the two trash cans on the floor, planning to work around them. The rest of the kitchen was probably 50', but he said it'd cost another $60-80 to finish the entire kitchen. Definitely not worth it.

Disappointed, especially since we paid so much to have three rugs cleaned the first time, but I had to point out how so much dog hair remained. Small amounts still remain...

It was a very crisp and clean pleasant aroma in my home. My carpet was refreshed and felt softer and I was so amazed to see how thorough and detailed the services were presented.

Matt did a thorough job cleaning all the carpet in our whole house. Some of our carpet was badly stained; I was surprised he got a lot of it out.
