That you came to fix my carpets after a mediocre cleaning experience and my feedback the first time around. The technician was knowledgeable and polite and got the job done.
I said I didn't want to do the free 100 sq ft tile cleaning because I didn't want to have to pay to do all the tile (I have a lot). The employee told me I could do just the kitchen as it would be just over the 100 sq ft. It's my fault for not checking the exact amount, but the total amount ended up being 250 sq feet - and I paid way more then I wanted to. I feel like the employee was dishonest when he told me it was "just over" the free amount. To me, 250% of the original amount is not "just over". Additionally, he did not reveal until after all the tile was done that I would have to pay for the sealant for ALL the tile cleaned. If I had know this info alone I would not have done my tile. I feel like I got duped because of dishonest practices. Extremely disappointed, especially considering the wonderful experience I had last time, and also knowing Zerorez considers itself a "Christian" company. No business with Christian ethics would encourage its employees to trick customers like I was. I'm not sure I'll use Zerorez in the future.
The small closets and master closet where not done. I have buyers moving into the home today. We have paid you almost 300.00 and the EMPTY home was not done correctly. If I do not have this taken care of by tomorrow, I will never use or refer Zerorez again.

Friendly tech and very knowledgable about the product he was providing. The big plus was that zerorez is environmentally safe and really does an excellent job cleaning carpets that were in a home where 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 rats live. I am so happy with your product, before Zerorez I thought about replacing the carpet, but not any more. Thank you and be sure that I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

No chemicals, great results. Robert was very professional, and friendly.
There was light moveable furniture in our bedroom that could have easily been moved that was not. Also the living room carpet is only a year old and yet when we moved the rug, they were not able to get it cleaned. I can still see where the rug was located exactly.
After the cleaning is done, the house doesn't smell like chemicals or flower like cover up smells. The drying time is fast.
I had to pay a $10 fuel charge???? Seriously? This was a $400 job.
I had to clean my hardwoods after you left to get the water spots off.
It's natural and very efficient. Have never had a problem that they couldn't handle. and, after they finish the carpet looks GREAT!!
I like that there's no soapy residue after cleaning and the carpet feels soft. Also, my technician was very efficient and helpful.
