Carpets look clean price is right
Everything. Your staff technicians were friendly and did a great job.
Work was OK, even though you were not able to remove the stain. This is the second time in a week you came to my house. I paid you over $600. I was promised a receipt within minutes each trip. I was also promised a $50.00 gift card. I have not received any one of the three. However, you have probably submitted my charges immediately. Are you forcing me to put a stop on the payments? Or a letter to the Better Business Bureau? Or maybe since I am on my neighborhood association Board of Director, I should notify my 300+ families in my neighborhood of the way you do business.

There were a number of spots left behind what ch I was easily able to get up with a Bissell SpotCleaner, after I had requested extra cleaning for heavily soiled carpets.
I have paid you over $600 and am still awaiting an invoice. Not to mention the $50 gift certificate. Most companies give a copy of the final bill after requesting payment and my signature. Why don't you?

THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB.
There was an issue with my cleaning (12 square feet of carpet was ruined), and although the technician was responsive, when I called to talk with a supervisor it was a very frustrating experience.
The supervisor was not available for my calls, and although I was promised four messages were left and that I would "absolutely receive a call back before the end of business" each specific day, I had to continue to call to receive a resolution.
