better phone customer service
when I originally called in I asked if you cleaned hardwood floors and tile/grout .. the customer service person told me you only clean carpets
the onsite tech told me that indeed you do offer wood and tile service
My rug looked worse after the cleaning. There were about 5 spots that didn't come out. I was told the rug should be taken to a rug spa and maybe they could get them out. I got Oxy Clean and had to take out the spots myself after paying 100 for a rug cleaning. I will never use Zerorez again.
Some spots came back again, and deal not mentioned at first for 20$ discount + $50 restaurant certificate, and 100 SqFt tile cleaned. So I mentioned deal agreed to, then priced reduced by 20%. However, still no restaurant certificate nor tile clean.
I find this approach not to be genuine. Even seems deceptive, as if trying to see if I would notice anything wrong. So, not professional.
Cleans well. Carpet looks great. Courteous techs.

I like the fact there is no "leftover cleaner residue" in my carpet to catch dirt and dust after a cleaning treatment... carpet looks amazing given everything it's been through with dogs, kids and guests! Tech also demonstrated the tile cleaner and I was pleased to the point of accepting his estimate and cleaning my living area/kitchen ceramic tile... very happy with the product and the technician! He was probably late for his second appointment of the day but I was so enthusiastic about the potential for clean kitchen tile, I wasn't letting him leave without cleaning the whole area! Robert was extremely professional and took great care not to damage any of my floors or walls during my cleaning, on top of doing a great job of the cleaning itself.

VERY EFFECIENT, EXPLINATIONS OF TECHNIQUES AND SERVICES WERE GREAT!! MY CARPET HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN 4 YEARS, AND IT LOOKS NEW!!! All stains were treated and completely gone, except for one small arear, which still looks much better.

My 10+ year old carpet looks great, house feels so much cleaner and the service technicians were professional and a pleasant. My free steam cleaned bathroom tile that never looked clean now looks new. While they were here I also had my vents cleaned because of my severe allergies and I am breathing better.Thanks Zerorez!

He was friendly, on time, listened & patiently allowed me to show him the rooms I was having cleaned
Matt then respectfully explained in detail the charges after my 20% off WRR radio ad discount
He was thorough. . . didn't rush the job/spent quality time on our carpet and front entry tile
I would definitely hire Matt again and recommend him to my friends
