The great satisfaction of saying "I'm right again!" And when I see my husbands amazed and super happy face when he sees the cleaning job Zerorez did. He was positive we would have to replace the "dang" carpet. I told him to wait and see the carpet after Zerorez cleaned it. Zerorez didn't let me down. Our carpet looks brand new. No better than new. Thank you Zerorez. Knew you could get the bottle of hand lotion out of the carpet that my darling grandson emptied into it. And the red jello and the lipstick. Tie that boy up--no call Zerorez!!! You saved us a ton of money. Great job!!!! PS. your techs are awesome too.

The carpets look fresh and very clean. Service was excellant.
It has now been 32 hours since my carpet cleaning and my carpet is still wet and I cannot put my house back together yet! This was the first and last time we will use your company. We were also offered a $50 gift card to a steakhouse and never received it, nor did we get our free tile cleaned.
Had scheduled the special including the gift certificate and the tile floor cleaning. The man arrived and wasn't sure on how many rooms we had to clean and forgot the piece around gift certificate and tile. I called a few days later and the customer service rep was non apologetic and rude.
I did not receive the tile cleaning as offered on the loyalty email.

I like the fact that no soap or chemicals were used. My carpets had some pretty bad stains and dirty high traffic areas. The young man who cleaned my carpets really made an effort to get those stains out and did a great job. I was very pleased with the results.

Don was truly awesome.
I agreed to having my newly cleaned grout sealed. The sealant wasn't all absorbed into the grout, and left a cloudy substance that didn't wash off. I called and a technician came back out. He scrubbed and cleaned the grout several times, but it was apparent that it wasn't all going to come off, and may need to be stripped. He said he put a call in to the office for someone to call me about the next step, but I never received a call. I should not have to call and followup.
The house reeked of urine after the service.
The bill was incorrect. $10 + $116 +$100 +$160 = $386 NOT $460
Our final bill was $497.95 Not correct.

The truck broke down and the service man was waiting for someone to come to my house and he was out of town . So the job took a long time. He sprayed a stain in my master bedroom ans it left a big bleach mark on my carpet. He didn't use the monitor while cleaning my vents so that he could see if he was getting everything out of the vents, he said it was broken. I liked the idea of the company using monitors because I have allergy's and I wanted to make sure he got all the vents really clean but I don't feel like they are clean because I have no way to know. He had to come back a second time because my master bedroom didn't get very clean the first time. He didn't clean the openings of the vents I had to get on a ladder and scrub and clean the openings myself, and they were very dirty.
I was going to call and complain but I work full time and just moved into my house and have been very busy renovating.I thought Zerorez was a good company but after everything I would not recommend to anyone.

Quick and great results
Once I noticed a couple areas that needed some extra attention or a second attempt cleaning, your technician did not hesitate to re-clean or try to make improvements to my satisfaction. "I'm here to make you happy", were his exact words. On another note, I miss spoke and asked about a particular discount , but later realized that particular discount was only offered by a different company. To my surprise your technician offered to clean the tile & grout area in my entry way, at no cost to me, just as a little extra something. I was blessed by his generosity and extremely pleased by the service and cleaning over all. I will use your services again.
