Person cleaning the carpet was extremely professional and polite.

First I appreciate you coming out to our location. We are beyond you range, but I agreed to pay a minimum $300 charge. I have heard so much about Zerorez on the radio and how you do such a good job I wanted to give you a try. The $300 charge took care of the five rooms of carpet cleaning and some tile cleaning. William, the tech was very friendly, but started his upselling, which we agreed on doing the rest of the grout cleaning in the hallway and kitchen and cleaning the tile in our master bedroom shower. The total spend ended up being around $800. After everything dried the stains in carpet were marginally better and the grout was no cleaner. William said that he didn't think the grout would be restored but he tried anyhow. So basically I spent $537 for a mop job on my tile floor. I wish he would have tried an area on the tile and then inform be we cant get the grout clean. Overall, for the time he spend, I think this was a $350 job at best.

Everything is so clean and fresh. I am especially pleased to have no residue left!

It is such a fresher and environmentally friendly way to clean carpets. Also, the drying time is much less than other carpet cleaning companies.

Make scheduling easier.

The appointment process did not go well. I booked way in advance, requested the first appointment in the morning. I called at 7:30 that morning to confirm arrival and was told I have the 5th appointment of the day. I was not happy.

I was informed there was nothing they could do but they would try. After 2 hours later to speak to the manager and they were still not in yet. But then was informed I had been moved to around 11:00. Well since it had been 2 hours with out hearing from anyone I had rearranged my entire day to be available at 4:00. They should not have automatically changed me to 11:00 without confirming 11:00 was ok or even calling to tell me the appointment had been changed. Of course 4:00 turned to 5:45 or so. Kyle was the service provider I requested and he did a good job!

The 3 of the 4 people I spoke with on the phone were very polite. One...not so much. But at the time I was very unhappy. I did finally speak to a manager after 10:00 and she was helpful.

Not a good experience for a return customer.

Products: Good. Your person that cleaned the carpet saved Zerorez! I was ready to THROW them out. If it were not for him, you would have never received a call again from me! He is to be commended for an awesome job!

That you don't use soaps or chemicals to clean the carpet.

My wife and both concur there is no noticeable improvement in the appearance of any of the areas of carpet that were cleaned.

The technician, Jaimie was great. professional and hard-working and courteous.

NOT pleased with the appointment situation. We were not informed about the time. I had to call. I stayed home ALL day waiting. The girl that I talked to was an air head. I have used your company for a long time and like your product, but if you can't do better about narrowing down the appt to a 4 hour window, I will use someone else. At least say it's going to be in the morning or afternoon.

Great customer service! Notification of appointment time and arrival time of technician were very helpful. Technician was prompt, courteous and did a great job.

Chris, your technician, was very personal, professional, and accommodating. Our carpets did take over nine hours to dry, far more than estimated. Also, the threshold areas did not come as clean as we had hoped. We will try Zerorez again.

The price of your add ins are too high. And I feel like every time you come to clean out carpet the guys are trying to sell more services. I don't like that.

The service technician Sergio Rosales was the best service technician I haver ever had from your company. He even moved items to make sure everything was totally clean. I actually called to speak toBo Hopkins to let him know what great and courtesy service he provided. I have had your service earlier. And none of them were as great as he was!!!
