No soaps. This is the first time we tried it but are avid KRLD listeners for the past 20 years. Hearing Mike Rodgers promote it all the time, made it top of mind when we needed someone to clean the carpets in our new home that had previously been occupied by someone else. Love how it make the carpets look and feel. House smelled fresh ... and it's good to know there is no soap residue in there.

I had called with the deal I heard on 94.9. $33/room.... I told the people on the phone that we had pet urine. No mention of a MUCH HIGHER rate to address that issue. After the tech was here he then told me it was an additional $60/ROOM for the pet urine issue! That's the main reason I had you at my home so I felt like I didn't have a choice but to go ahead and pay the extra! I DO NOT feel the service was worth $90/room that was treated for the urine! And of course it still smells which he did tell me would be the case unless I spent even more $$$ to flood the rooms! Ugh. Really wish I would've just paid for the service I called about and not for the EXTRA that I truly feel did no good and mostly am upset that I was presented that at my home and not told that about the very high charge for urine over the phone!

I've always been pleased with the service. Even though this time the large dark spots are still somewhat visible, the technician did an excellent job of doing the best he could to get them out.

I spent over $1100 on getting our carpets and tile cleaned and the carpets still smell bad in two of the rooms and after the technician cleaned the tile floors my wife and I had to go back with a brush to clean the grout which he said couldn't be cleaned.
