I did recommend zerorez after my 1st use of the company. My sister had light beige carpeting that had some pet stains. She said the stains were not removed with the cleaning, so she called the company and another person came out to do more stain removal. The stains still did not come out. She felt that the service was costly and that the stain removal process wasn't adequate. My carpet is multi-colored and does not show stains. I will still recommend zerorez, but with some reservations.
the employees keep you enformed as to what they're doing. They tell you your options for getting stains out. they also work really hard, doing back breaking labor and yet they're very courteous.
Our carpet and tile looked like new again after our cleaning and I love that the product is all natural. We have two dogs and a baby on the way so it's nice to know that everything used is safe.

Mainly because I saw visible stains that I felt could be specially treated or worked on more during our walk-through. Instead of reworking on them, he said he saw those and he already worked on them. I watched him "work on them" the first time and he didn't spend anymore time on them than the rest of the carpet. He didn't try to attempt to redo or spend time on any the numerous stains I pointed out. I would have even paid more to pretreat/rework on stains to remove them but that was not offered. Bathroom tile floor behind toilet wasn't clean completely. Maybe he couldn't reach it with machine or hose?? I will have to reclean bathroom floor. I would like a redo on stained areas.
The technicians did a good job, the front office or the call center was very inefficient. The front office or the call center did not confirm my requested services with the technician and he was unable to perform the required services when he arrived. As a result of the unprofessional way the call center or front office conducted their business we did not complete this job until very late in the evening. I asked for the first appointment of the day and it was not until around 2:30 when the first technician arrived. The second technician did not arrive until around 4:30 or 5:00. We waited all day to get a job done that should have started around 8:30. The front office did nothing but make excuses all day long which cost me an entire day of time and productivity. This was not a result of the technicians which did a good job but the inability of a person name Cindy or Cynthia covering your calls. Her attitude was clearly not the satisfaction of the customer.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the worker who came to our home. He was most helpful in pointing out the areas that needed special attention and was efficient with the cleaning. The products used are wonderful...I am very happy with the looks of my carpet!

pads were not provided to put under larger items left on damp carpet. such as coffee table sofa legs said the company no longer provided.
oatmeal had been spilled on carpet when cleaned up left the carpet stiff. Carpet is still stiff in that area after cleaning.
