Your technician was well spoken, and very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning the rugs and pet stains. He took his time to walk the house, look for stains, then explain the process. He was very professional and polite.

My carpets are clean and almost dry when the job is finished. Running a ceiling fan or a floor fan for a couple of hours completes the drying.

I had an oriental rug cleaned but no stains were removed..I have since had to use spot cleaners that have removed the stains...I spent almost 800 and feel like I wasted it.

What could we do to improve?

Seasoned workers are needed. I had a young worker who did put as much attention to the cleaning. Also I ordered a carpet stretcher and shower cleansing to my services but it was not added to my order.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first time that Zerorez came out. One of the workers was rude. I asked multiple times for them to be careful with the hardwood floors. There was an inch of water sitting in the hardwood for over an hour. I had to get something to clean it up so that it wouldn't cause issues. However, I could not get to all of it. The part of my hardwoods that had standing water became white. I cleaned it multiple times the days after my cleaning and then had another Zerorez guy come out to clean them. The initial time my carpets were cleaned, they were wet for 2-5 days (not hours like I was told to expect). One room was still damp when the second guy came back out to re clean. The initial cleaning actually made the pet smell in the space stronger. The second technician was able to help this some. When I called to see how to handle there white residue left on my hardwoods, the lady told me she was sending out her "hardwood specialist". The technician who came was very sweet but told me several times that he was not a "hardwood specialist" but would clean the floors for me to see if that helped. He also assured me that someone from Zerorez would call me that week to discuss how my floors looked when he arrived. I received no phone call. I will say that the second technician was very nice and took precautions to not damage anything (corner protectors, ect) that the first set of technicians did not do. My mom and grandmother were both planning to use zerorez, but neither will now after my experience.

What could we do to improve?

Train your people taking the order to know whst you can and can't do. I was pleased with my carpet but I wanted my kitchen and dinning room done but he didn't bring a scrubber which I was td you could do. Very disappointed. But Standly steamer came and took care of it and I will use them from now on. Sorry

I had called for service during a special promotion. The extra pet stains changed the entire bill from $137 to $500. I see no marked difference in the carpet. The carpets were soaking wet for well over a day and I wish I had never called.

Prompt service. Excellent techs. I love that my carpets don't "smell clean," they just don't smell. They are completely odor-free and soft. Everytime I've had our carpets cleaned they feel and look brand new!

Find Fort Worth establishments for your gift cards. I was promised a water park one last summer and after repeated contacts with you never got it. Finally I got a certificate for a steakhouse an hour away. I just got another one too, that I will not use.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The representative was very nice and very efficient and on time--all of that is very important. However, it took the carpet much longer to dry than I was told and one spot is actually worse than before it was cleaned. It was an old coffee stain which I had worked on but I didn't expect it to be more noticeable than it was.
It was hard to book my appointment since I talked to several different people over a period of several days and got different information about the specials and what was required, etc. (I only had two rooms of carpet to be cleaned and wanted to take advantage of the special offer and it took several calls before that was accomplished but it was in the end.)

Efficient cleaning. The technician (AJ) was really pleasant and very knowledgeable about the rug we had cleaned - in fact we've been studying them since because of that! The restaurant coupon was a nice touch.
