I called to schedule the appointment and said I was a returning customer and would like to use the Loyalty offer that included a discount on total cost, free small grout cleaning and a gift card but when technician came out they did not know anything about it. We were charged full price and told to call customer service.

they streaked my bedroom carpet then they came back to fix it free but when they left their equipment sitting in my livint room carpet now there is a big spot where it was sitting ugggg
Cleaned my carpets well
Follow through on what you say you are going to do.(i.e. when I booked the cleaning, the lady said they will be calling me on Friday to give me a window frame of time for Monday's cleaning.) Never happened. When the technician said he would send me an email receipt - - never happened. I had to call both times myself.
Our technician was not very thorough, and was not very polite -- he was in a hurry to get done and compared to other techs we have had, he did not do as well a job as the others.
Patented chemical-free method. Courteous service. I do not, however, like that we are expected to vacuum before you clean the carpets. That should be part of what we pay you to do.
Caesar was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I was happy to have him service my home. He did an excellent job!

I love the fact that there is no chemical residue left on the carpet after cleaning. Carpets are pretty dry after 5-6 hours, though I don't put anything back on them until the next morning. Great service!!
Everything. No chemical smell. Always get out the stains. Treat pet and kid soil exceedingly well. Leave everything fresh and new. Have helped us avoid replacing 12 year old carpet for 2.5 years. It will probably last 5 more years if we continue using Zerorez to clean it every fall and spring like we have been doing. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, either. All the people who have come to our house are professional and know what they're doing. Great experience with this company every time we use them.
I got both the carpets and the tile done in my house. The first appointment I booked was the second appointment of the day, but the tech didn't even arrive until 11:30 (and didn't ever call to update me-- I had to call in), and we had to rebook. The next one was supposed to arrive between 4-6 PM, and he didn't even call until 6:30. Arrived at 7 and was there until 9:30 at night. I paid for a spot treatment (pet stain) in one room, and afterwards the smell was even stronger, and the stain is still VERY clearly visible. The carpets took over two days to dry, not four hours as I was told. The tile cleaning was definitely not worth what I paid for it (around $300), and there were puddles/wet spots all over for the next two days as well.
I have used ZeroRez in the past and been pleased, but I am definitely not pleased this time. I feel like I wasted my money and was aggravated in the process. So I don't know; what can you do to make it right?

You guys should be more up front about the cost,also bring your own supplies the technician used my iron to remove stains that he charged me, but you used my iron which is now broken. I WANT IT REPLACED. MY CARPET IN MY BACK BEDROOM FEELS STICKY LIKE TO MUCH CHEMICALS WAS USED. I WASN'T PLEASED THIS TIME.
